ON time , did not try to to sell additional services not asked for. Did however make me aware of services available. i.e. tile/grout cleaning Actually the quality should be 5 instead of 4.5 as the carpets were old and stained and he was able to actually make them presentable and even fresh smelling. We agreed on a price prior to his doing the job and that was the price I paid to the penny, no surprises. Very pleased and will use his service again.

They came right out the same day. I thought that was good.

He kept to his price and even early, old house and old carpet that he brought back to life.

I would hire him again.

They organically cleaned my carpets, truly professional and highly recommended.

I am very disappointed because I have white carpets that needed cleaning and this company left stains on it that weren't there except in the walkin closet. I saw it when it finally dried.He agreed to come back 2 weeks later.He did not bring any equipment just a gallon bottle of cleaning liquid. He saturated the five or six stains and when it dried the stains were bigger and more defined than the first time. I called him afterhours and left a message, but he did not return my call.Both times he arrived very late.The appt was 3:15pm and he showed up 4:45pm. At 5pm he had to leave due to condo regs.A word to the wise if you use him inspite of my review wait to your carpet is dry before you give him a review. He calls Home Advisors referral dept.while he is at your house and stands in front of you and listens to what you tell Home Advisors.This is not allowed by Home Advisors.

Hard working and did a great job.

The service is pretty good, however, the price is a little more expensive then competitors. Other then that, customer service was great, very friendly. I would advise them to rate based on areas actually cleaned instead of a room rate. Traffic areas don't consist of a full room rate.

He was pleasant and the work was done fast.

Overall it was a good experience. I was happy with the quality of the work and the timely nature in which it was completed. The only down side was they were twice as expensive as compared to similar services I've received in the past.

The professionalism is extremely terrific, responsiveness is terrific and responsiveness is fabulous. They deserve a "five plus rating." Their equipment is great and they understand the customer's needs.

He showed up on time and was very nice a trustworthy. I was very happy with the experience.
