They did a wonderful job.

I really appreciated their open line of communication. They had a ton of knowledge of carpet and carpet product.

The only hitch was there was a bit of confusion on the initial appointment but other than that it was great. Would have given them a 5 if that were not case.

We discussed all options and pricing prior. They did a great job at a fair price! Jeff was great.

I was not satisfied with the work done. The chemical effect got worse after cleaning. I paid $375.00 and still cannot use my living and dining and guest room. Will not recommend them to anyone. The worst thing is, he said he cannot do anything about this matter. Not professional.

Boca Oriental Rug Carpet and Tile did a great job. They were very skilled and knowledgeable. I will use them again in future. We were very happy with the quality of their work. They gave us good advice on how to keep there carpet clean.

He communicated well and was well priced. He was thorough and had competitive pricing. He had great follow up and wonderful customer service.

I would give Jeff 10+++ stars if I could. This is an amazing company and a delight to work with. Jeff is more than 100% honest and worth every penny and more. He responded within 2 minutes of my request and spent over 30 minutes explaining his process and gave me a rough quote over the phone. Jeff actually stayed within budget and actually added additional services without charging. They also use all organic products. I had him clean a couch that I inherited from someone who had a lot of cats. I am extremely allergic to cats and was not sure if I would be able to keep the couch. In addition, I have a Lazy Boy recliner that was badly stained and soiled and Jeff took care of it as well. They both look brand new!! He also took the curtains off of 10 windows to clean as they also were full of cat hair. Amazing - and my home even smells wonderful. He was extremely respectful of my home while doing the work making sure nothing was damaged. He also followed up with me to ensure all my expectations were met. Jeff goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about his customers. Jeff is an absolute gentleman and I strongly recommend as he is an Extraordinary Professional.

He was courteous and on time, and my rugs look brand new.

They left the carpets very dirty. I had to hire another company to re-clean them. They cleaned the tile, but they left the grout extremely dirty around the edges of rooms, near baseboards, and at doorways, Would not recommend.

They are very responsive and easy to deal with. They are very customer service oriented, polite and courteous.
