It worked out well. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Amir was the representative and my first appt was on 06/20, I thought he had not showed up but it was because I had given him an incorrect phone number and he could not contact me to confirm address. today he showed up and told me that I needed additional help and he would find a referral for me. he was pleasant and wanted to assure me that he would always ensure that he is punctual and will make sure everything is taken care of.

No work was performed.

my neighbor above me left her water running and went out, by the time she got home my condo was flooded. after having it dried out I had to replace one of my bathroom completely and a new vanity in my second bathroom..had to paint all walls and ceilings and replace my carpeting. they did a beautiful job and I love the way it turned out. I hope I never have to do this again but if I do I would call Better Contractors right away..

We could not have be HAPPIER with the service that we received from Amir and his crew. First, I could not disagree more with the negative reviewers. Amir has been timely, always called back immediately, came exactly when he said and went above and beyond with everything he did. We remodeled our daughter's closet then went on to do doorhandles, some plumbing, sink handles, etc. Amir is creative and efficient, he knows how to get things done no matter what it is. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend him, I would have him in my home again and again!!!

The called me promptly, showed up when scheduled, picked up the wood from the store, installed it and cleaned up their mess. This was a no hassle, no problems experience. I got very good value for the money.

It was a special from Angie's List... Just had him do some general handy stuff I needed done, installing Baby Gate, securing to floor and walls for very wide opening. Checked some electrical stuff. Some other light carpentry stuff... Did a great job.

We had to reschedule many times because they were busy on other projects, but they were flexible. The work which was done was...okay. I take responsibility for not being around to supervise because I had an emergency come up and asked a neighbor to let them in. I asked for my front door to be cut or sanded so that it would close properly without getting stuck and when I reviewed it, it was still closing and getting stuck. The cellar windows which I asked to install a wire mesh in front of were acceptable, however It did not seem like the amount of work they did took 3 hours. Since I was not there to supervise I cannot make an accurate statement on that. Overall, I was glad the work that was done was completed.

I purchased the service and called the company. Unfortunately, when you posted it for South Florida, the company stated that they did not work in Miami. The add was deceptive, because it said Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton. The spokesperson said they do not travel to Miami for work. I think this should be advertised for Boca Raton residents only.

Excellent experience and would trust Amir to come back and perform any task without hesitation.

8/5/2012 REVIEW: I contacted 4 contractors from Angie's List in early July from my home in Colorado with the intent of meeting up with them at my home in Florida to get a quote on the work listed above. Better Contractors was the only company to return my call...AND within 3 hours of my phone message! That was my first indication of the high professionalism & dependability of Amir. The crew that he picks must also work at his level of quality, and he's always there to go over all work with a fine tooth comb. He contracted with me to do the work I needed with a firm start & end date, and he finished a day early...amazing!Amir is a person who knows that making his customers really happy with his work and doing so with the highest ethics is his most important goal, AND he succeeds at every turn. His carpentry work and knowledge of all areas of renovation is to perfection, but the added bonus is his creativity. We collaborated on the design of a ceiling tray in my dining room, and the end result was a work of art! As well, he mounted a creative art piece into the wall of my entry & built a custom frame around it...HIS idea, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. So, all you have to do is ASK, and Amir is there to find a way to accomplish the task.We are scheduled to complete the upstairs of our town home in November & I am completely confident that the same high quality of service will prevail.Do yourself a favor and give this guy a chance to perform. .....you won't be sorry....HE'S ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! 9/20/2013 REVIEW: Better Contractors, under the capable and attentive management of its owner (Amir Nadulek) has proven to be the best encounter I?ve had since we purchased our home in South Florida in early 2012. More than that, my experience with them has topped any of the 4 home renovations I?ve completed in our homes all around the country! I am submitting this SECOND recommendation of this company, as I have continued to utilize their services regularly since my first major project in July, 2012. Without hesitation, I would encourage anyone who is in need of building and/or renovation services to place Better Contractors at the top of your list. Amir is not only the most responsible, honest and dependable contractor you will find, his manner and true benevolent nature makes the ?journey? more tolerable and enjoyable. I have attached additional photos and I am resubmitting ones from our original project for those who are interested.

Amire came on time and looked at the closet and told us since we were having the whole condo painted to wait to have the closet rods replaced. While he was here he gave us an estimate for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We did not choose him for the remodel, but would consider using him again.

It was well worth it as I cannot lift heavy things over my head. He was efficient, organized and polite. He went right to work and my husband and i are very satisfied with the work. We would definitely recommend him.

Exchanged a few phone calls and Amir managed to work us into his scheduled within a few days. We agreed on a time, and he showed up within the agreed hour. He went about the work as quietly and efficiently as possible. The faucets were installed correctly. One of the replaced faucets was actually only about 6 months old, had been incorrectly installed and was breaking down already. Amir did a great job of cleaning up afterward, unlike the previous contractor. Afterwards, I brought up the possibility of remodeling one of the baths, and we talked over some options. Since I really didn't have an idea of what I want, he couldn't give a real estimate. He made some suggestions and I'll follow up and definitely re-contact him when I have a more specific idea of what I'm looking for.

Amir called us on the day of the scheduled appointment to say he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous.

He called me and left a message and I called him back today. I wanted him to put in fittings for hurricane shutters for my home put it. He did not come out but he said it would be more than one day of work. He would then charge me $60 an hour after the first three through the deal. He did not ask me any specifics about my house. He just gave me numbers. I decided to get a refund.

It could not have gone more perfectly. From the first meeting, to the estimate, to the vision, and all the way through the execution of the job, everything was done in the most professional, punctual, and honest manner, at a reasonable and fair price, and without sacrificing the quality of the work. Not only did I get my dream kitchen (the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the work done is absolutely extraordinary), but I stayed within my budget, and had it finished sooner than I expected to boot!

I hired Better Contractors because i needed the job done fast and good. Being its an investment property i needed someone i can rely on to go the job done right and on time. He has done other work for me in the past and was always reliable. I gave him short notice and he stepped up to the plate. Thanks to Better Contractors I was able to get the apartments rented in no time.
