Ricardo is so lovely! He has done floors for me in two different locations and his work is wonderful. I had to postpone work several times due to other construction and he is always accommodating - even a day before. If there is something I’m not sure about or not 100% in love with, he fixes it or offers alternatives. He is such a kind person and a great business owner. His nephew, John, is equally as amazing and I’m so thankful they are the ones I hired for floor refinishing. There’s a reason he has so many review with such a high rating.

I hired these guys to refinish 70 year old oak wood floors after MUCH interviewing of other companies, and am so glad I did. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and their attention to detail was superb. John, who did most of the work, was friendly and explained each step thoroughly. Gorgeous floors, gorgeous stain. These are true professionals and I would definitely hire them again.

They showed up at the scheduled time and the work was done to my satisfaction. Instead of just immediately sealing the grout, they left a dryer blowing for a day to make sure everything was dry first. I appreciated that extra effort as I did not even consider that to be something helpful that they might do. Everything was left very clean.

I had a 1993 house with old filthy white tile grout floors and tiled shower and bath, and pecan wood floors. It looked terrible and now they all look like new. Two days and done. Would highly recommend!!
