This is a responsible and honest company! Did not mark up the material they use(even saved me a trip to buy it myself). The employee was patient and skillful and successfully got the job done. I really appreciate this company and angie's list after suffering so much from purchasing "deals" from random companies on Livingsocial and Groupon

Myles came to do the work. He was very easy to communicate with him, which was important to us. He’s a really pleasant person and is very knowledgeable. This is his specialty and we’re very happy with his work. He is attentive to details, so we will definitely hire him again.

He said he will call me within ten to fourteen to set up appt time for job completion. Work is still pending

He did an excellent job with the repair and was able to fix more cracks in the four hours than I had anticipated. He is punctual, reliable, clean, and very professional. I am going to have him do some larger repair projects on my house in the near future and would recommend his services to others.

This was an excellent experience all around. There was great communication from the start. Myles La Garde, the owner of the company, was friendly, attentive, and professional. He told us when he could be at the project, and arrived on time when he said he would. He was prepared for the work. Myles is someone I would characterize as a Yankee craftsman. By that I mean his work is marked by a high level of skill, attention to detail, and ingenuity. And he's from Boston, where a shoddy job would never pass! He works quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend South Shore Construction (in Apollo Beach - make sure you get the right one, since there are others with similar names), and I would definitely request their services again in the future.

Myles with South Shore Construction, helped my sister replace her two old windows in the front of her house. He took care of all the permits and inspections for this job, which took a lot of worry away from us. Myles showed up on time with her windows ready to go in the back of his truck. She was able to watch him take her old windows out, which were in her house for about 25 years. During the process he was so nice to explain what he was doing and why, as we just wanted to watch the process. Amazing how old and poorly installed they were from years back. It was nice that he took one out at a time in case he came across an issue, the opened windows wouldn't be exposure. Once out, he really knows what he is doing, the measurement was perfect for the new window but he definitely had some 'tweaking" to do with the house being older to put them in, but once in, wow! He took care of the second and did some extra finishing touches to make them look like they were the original windows, we her very impressed. Once he was all done, he noticed she had two tub faucets on her dining room table, he put both in. There is a metal awning in her back yard, so he was nice enough fasten it to the concrete so it won't go anywhere with a strong wind. You can tell when you meet Myles the kind of person he is, very professional, respectful, and full of knowledgeable expertise in his industry.
