I called Liberty Locksmith to have them come change the locks on our new house and needed an appointment the next day. They were able to make an appointment without hesitation.The locksmith arrived early to the address and worked quickly and efficiently to get all the doors re-keyed. When I realized, halfway into his installation, that I had forgotten two doors upstairs, he was cordial and explained the extra expense (not much at all, in my opinion) for the four extra locks.He finished the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I was truly impressed and would use and recommend them to anyone.

It is obvious why this company is #1 in their field. Scott arrived early for our appointment, advised me on what he thought were the best alternatives for multiple door locks, re-keyed the entire house and actually fixed an existing door jamb that was not properly "in sync". He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous...and conscientious to boot.. I highly recommend Liberty Locksmiths!

The gentleman who came here went above and beyond. They were very quick to come, and very helpful with us. They saved us money by not doing something the way we wanted to do it, and by doing it another way. The price and quality of work were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. We closed on our home at noon on 1/24/11. I contacted Liberty after seeing their rave reviews on Angies list. The person who answered the phone said let me check and see if I can get someone out today. She came back on the phone and stated she would have someone here at 1:30PM. I was pleasantly surprised, but happy as we were not planning on staying at the home all day. Scott arrived 10 minutes early, rekeyed the 5 locks, made the keys, and was very professional and cordial. Great Job Liberty

Ron was my tech and he was super. Before he even did any work at all, he took the new keyless lock out of the box and gave me a complete lesson in how to use it, I was impressed. Went to work changing the front door lock. He had to cut a piece of sheet metal to cover the old deadbolt hole because the lock unit didn't go up that high. Fabricated the piece right in my garage and attached it under the lock. It looks just like what you'd find at a professional building. He did a great job. Then he rekeyed by garage door to match the master keys for the keyless lock (it has a master key to bypass the lock). I was also very impressed with Linda, his office manager. She kept in constant communication with me and even had one of their techs call me to discuss the best option for a keyless lock for me. Answered every email very quickly. Ron was great. Very thorough and meticulous. Found out at the end that he was the owner. Really nice guy. I can definitely see why they have such good Angie's List feedback. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very glad I called them.

The owner was professional, fast, efficient and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use this company again.

I purchase a new house and needed to get the whole house re-keyed after purchase. I called Liberty Locksmith the day after closing on the new home and they agreed to come out the same day (1 hr later actually). I was very impressed with the ability to get out to my new house so quick to do the job. The gentleman that came out (Mark) was great and very knowledgeable. He re-keyed all the locks and make all the keys we needed. It was done quickly, cleanly and all for an affordable price. He also gave me some good security tips. I will definitely be using them in the future.

entally over-charging my credit card due to a typo. They had the refund processed before I ever saw the charge. This type of responsiveness and professionalism is extremely rare. I will most definitely use them for all my lock/safe needs in the future. Highly recommended.

Liberty came out and assessed all the doors and needs. He then made recommendations based on if this were his own home making sure that the price remained low. He also gave me recommendations for some other services I was going to have done to the house prior to moving in. Over all he was very professional and trustworthy. I would use this company again and be recommending him to friends!

Overall experience was wonderful. I contacted Liberty via Ange's list adn received a call promptly. I scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived on time. He re-keyed 5 doors, made 6 spare keys for us and explained why we didn't need a strike plate for the doors since they had deadbolts.. He came and did exactly what we needed. The price was $69.95 for the service call and $10.50 for each lock that was re-keyed. They give you 2 keys and each additional spare keey was $2.50. I was also able to use the 10% off coupon found here. I would highly recommend and definitely re-use if we needed a locksmith again.

Prompt, got to work write away, friendly

The experience from beginning to end was great. I made a phone call on a Tuesday afternoon and a person was sent on Wednesday morning. Scott was great! Prompt and friendly. There were some issues with our doors/locks but Scott was persistent and thorough. I really appreciated the walk through after the process was complete to ensure that the keys worked and the details of the work that was done. Very happy with the entire experience. We would definitely call Liberty Locksmith again.

I contacted Liberty Locksmith after nearly being ripped off by a scam locksmith operation (BEWARE of http://www.pluslocksmithorlando.com/zip/34786locksmith.html). The scammer came to my home and initially quoted me $1,337.00 to completely replace all hardware and locks on my doors when only a simple re-keying was necessary. Thank goodness I was put in touch with LIBERTY. I spoke to Rob late in the afternoon on a Friday, and although he was technically off the clock and on his way to begin his weekend at the beach with his family, he stopped by my home just to take a look and verify that there was nothing complicated that needed to be done to the locks, unlike the scammer tried to sell me. Rob's brother Greg came over Saturday morning and did the work, a very simple process that took a little over an hour to re-key and key block all the locks on the exterior of my large home. Both Rob and Greg are awesome. They are timely, professional, honest, trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them enough! Final cost of the job was just $249 ..... BEWARE of locksmith scammers! Hire LIBERTY! They rock!

From the first call to completion of service, this company was spectacular! The young lady on the phone was courteous and very clear in the cost estimates. The gentleman arrived on time, and did a terrific job of rekeying. The keys work great. He also fixed the latch on two of the doors so that they would close better and there was no extra charge. What terrific service. These folks need to stay at the top of Angie's list!
