We were unhappy with the service and the estimate he gave kinda took my breath away. I was pleased when they updated our service and it seemed reasonable, it was like $4,000-5,000. The $12,000 estimate seemed high. I drove all the way to our other house and there was a lot of miscommunication and I waited all day. Nobody called me to tell me that it was gonna be late. It was frustrating to wait all day. The electrician was professional. He was a nice guy. He took me through and showed me everything and gave me the estimate. he accepted a $200 deposit which I immediately regretted because that was more than what I absolutely had to pay him for his time. That was my mistake. They still had our money. The company was poor in communication. They knew I was making a special trip up there just for that and they dropped the ball. I called the company and told me that the electrician was on his way but they didn't tell him and then they never called me back to say he'd been delayed on the job until hours and hours later. He wasn't happy that they hadn't told me because I was just sitting around there waiting. I felt that my appointment should have priority so that we could get it out of the way. By the time I got an estimate from him, the day was gone and I had to go back. I didn't have the rest of my time there to investigate other electricians.
