CHARLES ANDREWS UPHOLSTERY

The fabric sample books were not what I expected as I clearly stated "aqua" and a lot of the fabrics were brown/tan. BUT he stated he would be by on a specific date and time to pick up the sample books and discuss any choices I had made. A half-hour after he was to be here, I phoned his office. I was told he was "out", so I requested his cell phone number - which the staff person gave me. Charles answered and told me his "appointment in (my area) had cancelled so he was not picking up the book." He then mentioned he might be by on "Friday or Monday". I told him that I would like a firm time as "I don't want to sit around like a fool again." At this point he apologized, and said he would call before coming. Needless to say, if this company treats me as an after-thought when trying to get my business, I cannot imagine doing business with them would work well for me. Hired a different company.
