+ -1 moreWhen I arrived home I was and am furious that they took advantage of my wife. Several phone calls with no satisfaction. They are gypsies that prey on unsuspecting home owners. BEWARE!
Description of Work: They fast talked and used a neighbor as reference. I checked with the neighbor and he said they used the same tactic with him. I told one of the brothers that I wasn't interested after he gave me a price. His brother came back after I was away and swindled my wife into accepting the job. It was more than double the price quoted initially. We are senior citizens and are filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Dover.
