When we ordered, we were told we'd have tile in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later we're told another 2 weeks, then it appeared 2 days later. Trying to communicate with the company was horrible. I left 5 messages for Amy & never got a response. My contractor also left about 15 messages before getting a response. Once delivered, our independent installer refused to install. Tile came from 3 different lots(we ordered from one lot only) w/4 different sized tiles. Grout lines would have been a disaster! Gary brought rep from tile co next day, she was adamant that this was normal for this tile (said it could vary up to 0.3 inch). I called the tile manufacturer & 2 different people told me that almost everything she told us was wrong. They stated that the variance within a lot would be no more than 1MM. We are returning the tile & expecting a full refund. We will purchase from Tile Market of DE. Amy does have a good eye & will help you pick out something perfect, but save yourself the frustration & PLEASE - BUY IT ELSEWHERE!!!
Description of Work: We ordered tile to be delivered to our home by Arizona & installed by our own installer.
