Stress free, no deadlines, competitive estimate out the gate and was willing to concede an additional $200 to handshake a deal then and there. Crew was great, arrived on time, finished in one day as promised. Would use them again!

I had Kirkin come out diagnose the problem with my ten year old roof that was leaking. They did and proposed to fix it for over 3k. The first time it rained after they allegedly fixed it water came in in multiple places. Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix (the same problem). I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee who is not going to go against the companys interests) out for a review to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

Steve my representative was detailed sbout the work. The office was worked with me to get the job completed in a timely manner.

Got on the schedule very quickly. Had Steve come out to check on the roof leak, and was able to identify the issue. He was able to repair it immediately without needing to schedule another visit. Excellent pricing and was a pleasure to work with.

Great customer service, was on time, great quality of work and completed the job ahead of time. All work comes with a 50-year System Plus manufacture & 15 year craftsmanship warranty. they also laid down plywood to protect our deck. They cleaned out our gutters after the roof was complete and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend them.

The companyâ s staff was professional, personible and addressed all of our concerns. Due to weather issues, our roofing project was 3-4months before completion. Kirkinâ s owner and his staff would contact me with updates. Our roof was eventually completed 11/2018 and they did a excellent job. I would highly recommend Kirkin Exteriors for any roofing project.

I have a small townhouse, about 1,000 sq ft. My roof reflects the size. I had 6 different contractors come in and give me an estimate on a full roof replacement. While, these guys weren't the cheapest, I feel they were the most honest. They came down from my roof with pictures. They were able to explain the whole process from beginning to end along with all the contingencies in between. I had estimates as high as $11,000 for my small townhouse. These guys did for under $3,500. I can't give them 5 stars for customer service as I had to hound them for information and updates in the beginning. But eventually, the CSR rep that I was working with learned my name and understood my need for communication. She was more than happy to oblige. They started in the morning at like 7:00 am. When I came home, it was all finished....as if they weren't even there (except the new roof of course!)

Went on home advisor the night before. Kirkin called me at reasonable hour the next morning. Made appointment for same day. Evaluated, gave reasonable price. Fixed on the spot. Personable, professional. Couldn’t have worked out any better.
