He called right away and made appointment to fix. He was very prompt. He did a great job on installing a pole in my closet that my clothes hang on. The pole actually came out of the wall and he added better support and extended the pole for hanging

He did a stucco in a outside wall that was excavated, did a very good job

I worked with Jose. I needed to have a new mailbox put in . Jose was the first contractor to call me. He followed through on everything he said he would do. He called me when he said he would call. He did a great job in putting a new mailbox in for me. He even went to Home Depot to purchase a mailbox for me because my order didnâ t get here in time. I would highly recommend Jose for any work that you need done. Thank you Jose.

Mr. Jose and Mario did an excellent job replacing my basement stairs. He broke down the cost and explained in detail what was needed. This cost was more than I wanted to spend but his timeliness, craftsmanship and attention to detail made up for it. Initially I felt he was a bit abrasive but after several conversations about the project, it was easier to communicate my concerns with moving forward. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Mr. Jose and I look forward to hiring him again for future projects.

Excellent. Highly recommend JLF Construction. Jose and his son Mario broke down and removed an old PVC swing set and installed a new steel swing set for us, in one day. They did an excellent job!!! Arrived on time. They went above and beyond to secure the swing set even better than the instructions required. We sent them the instructions before the install date and they came prepared with all the materials they needed. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Sincere and honest family business! I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Jose was very professional. He was available almost immediately and left the site cleaner than what it was before. I had to take off a star overall because payments was only via cash or check (no alternate form of payment was offered). But overall, he was great. I would hire him again.

Excellent. Jose and his son removed existing pull-down attic stairs and replaced them with new ones I had purchased. They showed up when Jose said they would, protected the work area, did the job right, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Jose is very knowledgeable, and he was a pleasure to do business with.

Our house was built in 1810. One of our original plaster walls was crumbling. Jose replastered it and did a fantastic job, amazing! Knowing that he does other work, we will definitely hire him again.

I am happy to report that I was immediately responded by JLF Construction LLC(within the hour) of your sending me three names. JLF Construction LLC was the only one who responded. He came Tuesday (9/7) to see what material he would need and assess the job. Mr. Jose Flores arrived this morning (Wednesday) at 8a.m., as promised, and work completed to my satisfaction. I was impressed and very pleased with his promptness and coming immediately to complete the job. Believe me, I have been waiting for months to get this work done. I told him I would give him a Five Star rating. Mr. Flores gave me his business card and I will or can highly recommend his work. I thank Home Advisor for this website. I should have done this a lot sooner and my project would have been done ages ago.

Jose arrived at my house when he said he would be there. Had all the necessary supplies. Repaired and replaced the downspouts in an hour. I would recommend Jose for your next project.

Mr Flores and his crew power washed, repaired the cracked and broken stucco and painted it after. They worked very hard, cleaned up and the house looks great.
