Great price and excellent craftsmanship. They did drywall, spackle, sanding and replaced trim in 2 1/2 days for a guest room.

They did a good job installing a gutter.

He gave me an estimate on Thursday and was able to completed the job on Friday. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

JOSE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED HIS COMPANY THROUGH HOMEADVISOR AND CONTINUED TO BE EASY TO GET AHOLD OF TO SCHEDULE THE APPRAISAL. JOSE AND HIS SONS COMPLETED THE WORK IN A DAY AND A HALF, INCLUDING A REPAIR OF MY BRICK FRONT STOOP. EARLY ON DAY 1 THERE WAS AN INTIAL MISUNDERSTANDING REGARDING THE TOTAL SCOPE OF TJHE WORK FOR THE NEGOTIATED CASH PRICE, BUT JOSE ACTUALLY ENEDED UP GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AT NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW GOOD OUR HOME LOOKS WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND JLF TO OTHERS AND WOULD ASK JOSE TO DO WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.

I hired JLT to assemble and secure a steel gazebo onto a concrete patio. I found Jose to be a very honest contractor and was upfront about his cost. It was an all day job so I had a general idea. The patio was not leveled so he had to make sure the gazebo was leveled. He did not give up until the final product was near perfect. I love my gazebo and the work JLT did to make it happen. I highly recommend JLT and would hire them again.

The owner, Jose Flores, works with his two sons. They started work on my stucco the same day as he gave me his quote. He was very knowledgable and worked quickly and competently. His quote was very reasonable.

JLF always showed up when promised, was prompt with quote and plan. He was conscientious and very competent, knew what to do and how to insure a quality job. He worked hard and met schedule commitments, did the work vey well and did the little extras that insured there would be no future issues. Very happy with the result.
