Immediate response to my call. Men were wonderfully professional. Dryer needed metal ducting because of how far it went under the house. They installed it, checked it and cleaned up! Recommend them to everyone!

Have a Trane XR 12; usually noisy but running quietly since the capacitor change. I assume that it was noisy because of the bad capacitor ( What do I know) :P . The room is cooling down at a rapid rate. Awesome! The technician and his young assistant were very professional and straight forward with answers to my questions.

This company was fairly priced. They were very responsive. The work they did was thorough.
I would recommend them to others.

He came out and replaced and moved a circuit board on my furnace. His prices are reasonable, and he is professional. I am pleased with his service, and will call him again in the future.

Two years ago the fan motor on the furnace wouldn't come on, and I purchased a new thermostat thinking the problem existed there.
After I installed the new thermostat the fan didn't come on, therefore, I called the installer of my furnace to check out the problem. He indicated the circuit board on the furnace was corroded from moisture, and installed a new one in the same location under warranty. Two years later I have the same problem, but Community Heating relocated the circuit board in an area that would not be exposed to moisture. He seemed to understand the problems of various issues that the competition over looks or doesn't care, as long as it resolves the problem for now, John and his wife Mary operate their business as a team, and their business succeeds through referrals of satisfied customers. There are plenty of larger competitors in this business, but get your wallet out when the arrive.
