Stone patio made very messy. Damage to grass covered with yellow sand. Finishing the project far from the prevailing arrangements.The place after the completion of the work full of garbage. The work was done in December 2017. In the spring it was necessary to correct the falls, because the water gathered on the patio surface. The electric cables from the irrigation system were damaged by Augusto & Sons. To this day August 17, Augusto & Sons refuse to take responsibility for the damage. They do not answer the phone, do not answer e-mail, letters, or registered letters. These are people without responsibility.

Prompt. Came out early to give estimate. Friendly. Had work done but job not completed as specified. Placed sod on top of existing bed without removing stone or prepping area, therefore the sod died. Asked to have area in front sodded and some plants placed by steps. Nobody ever showed up to complete the job after partial payment was made. Very disappointed as they appeared to be honest and reliable. Would not recommend this company.

Very professional. Knowledgeable about tree removal; practiced safety protocols; courteous; thorough. Cleaned up nearly all debris (would have taken a vacuum cleaner to get it ALL!)

Prompt, came when said would. 3 people worked. Flexible in that added work as proceeded. Pleasant. Cleaned up nicely. Would use again.

Everything was good until they got paid then they never showed back up as promised to finish the 1/2 done job. There was no contract involved only a verbal agreement. They have not responded to our calls or messages. Funny because before they got paid they answered every single time.

Augusto and Sons Landscaping did a great job on installation of a large bed and several plantings and were willing to work with me to get it just the way I wanted it. They were easy to work with and I did not have to wait too long to get the job scheduled and done. Thanks guys!

Consultant came out immediately - set a price for the job and there was NO contract drawn up. No contact with Augusto and Son for a week. I called them and they advised that they "forgot." I set another date for them to come do the work (tree transplant). They missed that date also because they told me they "forgot" when I called and asked where they were. Finally, they showed up three days later after a heated phone conversation and did not have the details of the job right at all - they had no clue what the job was. Finally, they did not do any preventative measures to prevent shock to the transplanted tree, nor did they utilize any appropriate store bought soil to fill the hole with to give the transplant the best shot at life. Now the tree is wilting and I've had water on it for 3 hours a day for the last 2 weeks. Do not use this company. I should have "forgot my wallet" the day they actually came to do the work.
