They were here, on time, very courteous, and worked steadily all day.

Of the area that they were supposed to work in, there were about 20 things that they were supposed to do but did not. They got the ground cover cleared, that is about the best I can say good about them. They did not cut down a black wallnut, there is dead campus grass that they had cut down but did not remove, there is a lot of stuff that they should have removed that they didn't. The list goes on and on. Repeated requests to come back out and finish the work were ignored.

Good work with some exceptions: (1) clean-up not quite up to par (2) a bit pricey, (3) specs for the job apparently not clear as some work not done. I suggest the workers ask the client to nspect the work before they put their tools away, close up the truck, and then come to the door and say they're all through. The qualityof their work, however, was excellent.

They have completed two jobs in addition to the first one I hired them to do. Was a very good experience. Communication, price service excellent. Highly recommend.

They did a little damage but came back and took care of it that same day.

They were great! Cut everything that needed to be cut and cleaned up so well that you never knew they were there. Would definetly recommend them for any work you need done.

Did an excellent job.....cleaned up afterward, were very professional. I plan on using them again this coming fall for leaf cleanup and gutter cleaning. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I'll start out with the positive. My first impression of Augusto was he was professional, had concern for kids safety around leaning trees, and had a good price for the work we wanted done. I learned a hard lesson here. NEVER do business without a contract written out in full. Never pay them before the job is done. I paid 450 to have 4 trees cut down and stacked in my yard - a verbal agreement and handshake. A price was negotiated the same day and they left with a date they'd be out to cut the trees down. During the day of work, I asked if they could tuck in a tree to cut that day and was told he could get the tree cut down that same day. It took them quite a bit of time to cut the trees down and get the really leaning tree cut so it didn't fall into my neighbors garage - not a problem, I'd rather have them take the time and be cautious than to recklessly cut trees down into other trees or my fence. I noticed one tree they felled hit my newly built sand box and crushed one of the roofing planks. The tree I had asked to be cut in extra that day was not cut, I was told he had another site to goto and would get the last tree next week. I noticed the tree logs were NOT stacked at all, in some instances they were tossed in a big pile and one tree was cut and left exactly where it fell in my yard. That was not what I expected when I asked them to be stacked. So, the following weeks, I chased Augusto via phone and left several voicemails to finish the job. He finally called us weeks later explaining that now all of a sudden the tree I had asked and he agreed to cut that day would be extra on top of his unfinished work. To date, the trees remain as they were when they were cut. I will now have to hire someone else to finish the job. Again, if you go with this firm: 1. Don't pay until the job is done. 2. Have a formal quote and contract written out and ALL trees tagged with paint . Ensure your expectations of how the trees will be handled after they are cut is written out and signed off on.

I emailed Mr. Augusto yesterday he called me back came this morning an gave me a great price , he did the grass and did a great job ! Thank you very much and I will be a permanent customer job well done and a great price . Do not hesitate if you need your grass cut call him could not be happier , in this day and age you don't find many good people that give outstanding customer service but Mr. Augusto has earned my praise and confidence !! Thank you
