Cali Power Washing was not the cheapest but, one of the few who actually came out to my house to do their estimate. (Not over the phone). Explained to me at that time, the entire process and how he was going to do to protect my property. The only company that offered me a written estimate without me having to make a commitment . I would recommend them. My project was to have my deck power washed and waterproofed. A job well done.

Dan arrived when he said he would, we reviewed the job (house exterior washing and power washing retaining walls). Following the estimate he gave me on the phone, he explained what he would do, how he would do it, and what chemicals would be used (just bleach and soap). Dan and his helper worked hard and the house turned out beautifully. Great guy. A great small business to support!

It is a small family business. They were very personable and efficient. We will definitely hire them again. They did the entire exterior of the house except the roof. Certain areas were a challenge, built up bug grime and algae, etc. The house looked brand new when they were finished.
