Dear Member, Thank you for your valuable feedback. You contacted us for camera installations. Our technician came to your location and gave you an estimate of what the cameras would cost to install. We made a special order from the manufacturer for the cameras to fit your specification as a valued customer. The technician explained that the delivery time would be 3 to 5 weeks from payment date after which we would contact you to make an appointment for service. The invoice states that there would be no refunds once the order is placed. We are sorry that you ultimately decided to cancel the service, but we must adhere to our no refund policy for special orders because we do not keep the cameras in stock and cannot return them after they were ordered to meet your specific requirements. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding about this policy. The technician did not claim to have online continuous monitoring with ADT. Keyed In operates independently of other providers. If that was your assumption, we were not made aware of it at the date that you placed the order. In addition, the invoice that you reviewed and signed had no mention of Keyed In's involvement with ADT.
