Shay called me immediately after I sent an email and came the next day. He promptly did his work and even suggested someone who may be able to weld a collar to the gate. He was friendly!

I think they are expensive. Also, he talked us into replacing one of the locks and started the work, but then he realized that he couldn't do it. He drilled a bigger whole on the door and I am not sure I won't have a problem in the future. It was an average job.

I was satisfied with the work he did. He came at about 7 o'clock at night. He explained all the stuff to me and told me about the door. His price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the job in one visit.

We actually had to have Keyed In come back because one of the locks in the front door didn't work and would get stuck. They didn't do a very good job the first time, but he came back and fixed it and it was to our satisfaction. I don't have any complaints because they fixed it, so it's fine. I thought they did a good job and were prompt and we called and got an appointment within a few days and were satisfied.

Excellent service, excellent quality, fair price

Called for an estimate. Shay said that a technician would need to come out to see before an estimate can be provided. I asked if there is a service call fee in order to provide the estimate. He dodged the question by saying they can do the job on the spot if I agreed to the estimate. I asked again. $45.

I was able to call in the morning and get the same day service. The locksmith also provided a military discount.
