He was extremely professional. He called to say he was running about an hour late (but well within the time frame he had previously given). He appraised the situation and gave me a price which included the and quot;dealand quot; I had purchased. It was only $35 over the original coupon of $75. I did think that was fair. The work was done in about 15 minutes. I would definitely hire them again.

Roy came on time. Listened as I told him what my concerns were, examined the door to confirm the problems. Explained that the problem with the door stoke might be the result of wear and so not repairable. He was able to adjust the stoke to mostly correct the problem and completely fixed the problem with the dead bolt.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by Keyed In LLC. I contacted them early that morning, leaving a message. Shortly there after I received a callback from Shay Knaani. I provided him a description of the work needed. Much to my surprise he was able to come out that afternoon. He provided a courtesy call prior to his arrival. After accessing the work Shay recommended that the locks be replaced. The locks were indeed old and the doors required multiple keys to open. I left him to complete the work and within the hour he was finished. We reviewed the work performed. The new stainless steel locks look great and we now have one master key, which was the goal. The door to the carport did not lock properly and Shay made the necessary adjustment. Now the door locks flawlessly. The work area were left clean, and he hauled away the old locks to be recycled. I will definitely use Keyed In LLC should we ever need a locksmith again. In addition, I recommend Keyed In LLC to anyone in need of a locksmith.

The provider was courteous and was able to remove a stuck door knob and replace it with one I had purchased.

Prompt arrival. Very professional. Was going to simply have the locks rekeyed in my new home, but the technician recommended replacing the existing deadbolts and door knobs with industrial grade. Made the impulse decision to go that route - perhaps to my bank account's detriment - but I hadn't priced industrial grade knobs and locks to know whether the price was high, low or just right. Price came out to be over $700 for the job. The technician was pleasant and efficient - even in the face of dealing with circa 1956 less than plumb doors and frames

Call was made to the provider. He gave me a time window, and he arrived within the timeframe. He made the 1st key from a template for my vehicle and 2nd made another copy. The total cost of the (2) keys were about $300.00. The cost seem a bit high ( I never paid that much for two keys before. As I was not given a price list, I am unsure if the high cost had to do with the desperate nature of my situation. Had the provider provided me with a scheduled price list for his services, I would have given him a more favorable rating.

initial visit was quick with little follow up, system fell apart....new technician followed up promptly next morning correcting problem...so far so good.

One of my front door locks had stopped working. My locks were 27 years old. I made an appointment, and the Keyed In service provider arrived on time and changed the broken lock. I asked him how much it would be to change the remaining locks, and authorized him to do so. He was finished in less than two hours. I had a discount coupon I purchased through Angie,s list.

It was great. He was very punctual. I understand he was a bit far away but he was prompt in coming over to my house. To let him in, I had to show him my photo ID that I was actually the homeowner. He said that the lock was a little loose. He fixed that with no cost. I would definitely use him in the future if I get locked out again.

Guy arrived promptly and on short notice. He was polite, informative, knew how to change the locks and rekeyed them expertly.

They were very nice. They are available 24 hours. I had them rekey all the locks in my new home. He tried to give me the best deal available. He guaranteed all the work the completed. And with them being 24 hours there wasn't an additional service fee for late hours. I would use them again in the future.

He installed a new set of locks that we bought from Home Depot on our basement door. This door was having a problem that caused the kids to keep slamming the door to attempt to close. I am not sure how the locksmith fixed the door, but it now closes easily with little effort and no need to slam. The kids and wife are happy that the door is working much better now.
