Shay called ahead and was available to do the work early. All 5 locks were done in 45 minutes.

The provider was able to come to the property the same afternoon I contacted them to look at the malfunctioning lockset. The provider took the lockset apart and did a through inspection of all the parts. He determined that it could not be fixed but should be replaced. We discussed options for replacement on the spot. The field technician immediately accessed the internet via his iPad, looked up a replacement set and gave me a quote for the parts and installation. I ordered the new lockset from him and he gave me an estimated date of delivery. I was contacted by the company with an update telling me that the lockset delivery was delayed, but was called on the day that the lockset arrived. The same field tech came and installed the set the same day it was received by the company. The staff on the phone and in the field are very courteous and professional. I would use this service again with confidence.

We were told a service technician would arrive within 30 minutes to assist us with a free estimate about whether or not our deadbolt could be re-keyed. It took a little over an hour for a technician to arrive, although we were not in an emergency situation so this did not inconvenience us. The gentleman promptly introduced himself upon arrival and presented us his business card. He was not wearing any branded clothing nor driving a vehicle which would have otherwise identified him with this company, so the business card was appreciated. He took one look at the deadbolt and told us it was too old and could be re-keyed but likely wouldn't be worth the trouble as there were better locks available nowadays. We had a new deadbolt of a different style already on-hand but required drilling new holes in the door and frame. He gave us an estimate of $125 for drilling the new holes and installing the deadbolt for us, plus a $45 service fee. We also mentioned we were alternatively considering buying a new door for various reasons, to which he informed us their company sells front doors and provided us a brochure. In the end we opted not to use their service due to the expense, but appreciated the prompt service and free estimate. Buying a drill bit to install the lock ourselves ended up being much more cost effective, but I would consider using them in the future if it were a job we could not perform ourselves.

Even though they did not have the same lock on my door, they came back in less than 2 hours and put the new lock on. Very responsive, good service, and the technician explained to me some other cheaper options. I really liked the invoicing process. The estimate and invoice is sent to my email right away from their tab. Very clear and esay for businesses to issue checks based on that. They did give Angie's list discount, which is great!

The service was great, quick, efficient, on time and completed all in one morning.

It was cold outside and he let me sit in his car while he performed work. He was very nice. Stayed until job was done, it was not a great area we were in and he made sure it was safe and secure.

They did a real nice job. They replaced the rollers. They were prompt and courteous. They knew what they were doing. I did have to remind them to spray the spring.

Reconditioning performed however garage door became more off track and was unsightly. Trim replaced for additional cost. Working well now and looks good.

It was good. He was clear, honest and did his job. He did exactly what we wanted. He was easy and professional. We did spend more because there were issues with the door that we did not know about. I will continue to use him.

The service was excellent! I did have a little problem with the lock getting stuck on initial installation, but they came back immediately and made the correction and I haven't had a problem since.

Unfortunately unable to repair/rekey lock, will have to find replacement lock.
