The servicemen were professional, courteous, and efficient.

The vendor was horrible in responding to left messages but once I reached him via telephone, the service provided was awesome. N they were able to schedule the service rapidly and provided a 2 hour window for arrival. The day of service, the tech asked if he could come early and did so. He replaced all rollers, oiled/lubricated, ensured everything worked properly before departure. Made recommendations without overbearing sales pitch. I would use this company again!

Gentleman called me on his way over, showed me exact work being done and any additional that was rccomended. Went about servicing the garage chain and all around door, gave him the go ahead to replace the gliders. Overall, he was very professional and did a great job.

Overall very good experience. They were able to schedule at the time I requested, they called before they showed up just like they said. He was on time and finished quickly. Very professional job. It seemed a bit pricey to me, but I have nothing to compare. I think you get what you pay for and it was worth it for me. The 15% Angie coupon saved my 15% or almost $200 on this job.

Worked quickly, door functions fine after replacement. Believe that he overcharged when compared against after the fact estimates for same service. My mistake, he was here and it was easier to just let him complete the work.

They fixed the door but unfortunately two days later it broke again. Keyed In came out the same day I called with a manager and technician to make additional repairs. At this point the old motor finally died. After talking with Shay the owner, Keyed In refunded their first visit and installed a new door system. The new system is so quiet you can't hear the door open when inside. And they did it on the same day!

I recently rented my basement apartment, and I wanted to make sure people entering my part of the house couldn't go down into my tenant's apartment. The door's little push-button lock couldn't prevent that, so I had to get a deadbolt installed. Roy arrived on time, and provided a better lock solution than I had in mind. He quickly installed the lock, and all was well. 9/2/15 - Tonight I called Keyed In for emergency service. My tenant's lock suddenly stopped working, and she couldn't enter her apartment. I called Keyed In and within 45 minutes a technician arrived. He promptly opened the door, and replace my cheap Schlage lock with a commercial Schlage model. I'd give Keyed In another 'A'.

I have 3 entry locks to be rekeyed or replaced on my doors. I wanted 3 locks, one deadbolt and 2 handled entry locks all keyed the same, I can install the locks myself, I just can’t key them. I called KeyedInLLC and explained my dilemma. I was told no problem. I asked if you needed anything or can I provide the locks if needed? The company has locks at a reasonable price if needed. I choose this company because I have a voucher coupon for a Locksmith service option which includes a security inspection and 90-day warranty. We scheduled a date and time. The locksmith/Shay arrived, I showed him the first lock, he immediately said this lock needed to be replaced, (just the handle lock). I showed him the second door, with handle and deadbolt lock combination. The only thing wrong with these locks are weather has tarnished the brass, my wife’ key does not work (rekeyed) and it’s time to check the durability of the lock. He immediately asked for the master key. If I would have known he needed the master key I would have looked for it but that was a decade ago since I’ve use the master key. We have personalized keys made. I asked him about his (reasonable) locks. His low-end lock was $69, middle was $100+, and upper was $200+. With the price of rekeying and installation the price with the low-end locks would have cost me under $500. I informed him, I only wanted the 3 locks rekeyed the same. He told me that I did not need him and then he was arrogant, our company is the best in the area, no one can do better work than Keyed-In. He charged me $45 with no advice or no security inspection. I paid for nothing but a visit with no results but an attitude. They may claim to be good, I don’t know but it’s up to the customer to state you are good. I spent $70 on four durable brass locks, keyed the same at the local hardware store, saving myself $400 from Key-In LLC.

An excellent experience in honesty and choices when a consumer doesn't know anything about the product! A previous locksmith looked at the lock and said I needed a new one for over $900. Shay called ahead, arrived on time, and said that he would evaluate the lock, and see if he could repair it or whether a new one was needed. He found that someone had tried to repair it earlier (true, nonprofessional) and some parts were missing. He could do a repair that would hold for an undetermined amount of time, he could order the parts, or he could install a new lock for less than the other locksmith. (I had not told him about that.) He did the immediate repair, and there is no rush for me to decide between the other two choices. He explained the mechanisms and choices very clearly. Very polite and pleasant. It sounds like he is available for emergency service as well. I give him the best recommendation possible.

The owner called after I completed the online form and we scheduled a free estimate quickly and easily. I had to reschedule it which he was very accommodating of, and he also called me after 5p at my request which I appreciated. He was prompt and professional. I explained the problem areas to him and he went around my house and provided an itemized estimate on his ipad. He did find some other areas where the doors didn't close as smoothly though I did not feel any pressure from him to have any work completed, but it was nice to have the assessment. He was very fast, efficient and the work performed was excellent and high quality. The three realigned doors now close and lock much more smoothly and are like new and the new door handle is also very nice to have. I feel like I received a fair value for the price given the quality of the workmanship. Overall, no complaints and I would definitely hire them again for any future needs.

Arrived punctuality after calling first with estimated ETA. Satisfactorily performed work. Cleaned up mess from drilling metal door from drilling. Very courteous. Worked efficiently.

The provider was relentless. Once the estimate was provided, I clearly stated I was not interested and that the cost was too, too much. The provider insisted with modifying the estimate and was insistant in making statements about my security in my home and by not having some type of additional lock I was not secure. I felt my only resort to rid my home of this provider was to purchase something because I did not feel comforable with his persistance. I think the cost is escalated to off-set the discount. I am not happy with the repair of the one door. I am not happy that I overpaid for a service just to rid my home of this provider.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was excellent. There were no additional charges. The gentleman was very nice. It was a very good experience. We didn't compare their prices.

Two employees showed up on time and finished the work very quickly and clean. Very pleased. We never hear the garage door open or close. So glad we purchased this deal.
