Guy was friendly, but seemed to take a long time. Happy with our locks though, no problems.

The company is ruthless, not sure why they are on Angie's List. I felt they were unprofessional, spoke in a different language so I couldn't understand what was going on at times with the manager. Felt misled and bait and switch experience. The technician told me to get a refund from Angie's list or they would have to raise the price if they included it. I felt very unomfortable with the entire experience. I won't use this company or recommend them. I would run the other way. The price was $119 plus the $20 I paid to Angiels list.

Things went pretty well. I had them out to check my door and they seemed to do a thorough job and gave me a written report. I'm not sure if I'd use them again, though.

Work not finished. Work was paid for in full, not door will not lock at all. Left without telling me, left my front door standing wide open. He was very rude.

Leo was my service technician and he was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a variety of options I could choose from, as well as the pros and cons for all the options. I thought I was going to need to replace all the locks in my house due to a damaged deadbolt, but he let me know I could just replace the deadbolt and set it to fit my current key. I felt like he 1. genuinely cared about my security, and 2. wanted me to feel involved in the process (given that it's my home) and understand what he was proposing. He came out on Saturday and when I didn't have all the supplies (a new deadbolt) that day, he said he would come back on Sunday, his day off to help me install it. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! He showed up today (Sunday) and took the time to change my lock and showed me how it all worked. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and I would hesitate to do business with him again. If all of Keyed In technicans are like Leo, their business is the gold standard. I would recommend Leo and Keyed In any day of the week.

The locksmith was on time and very professional. The lock is a quality lock. He also fixed my door. The door vibrated everytime a neigh closed their door. No more it is now quiet and no vibrations.

First of all, the contractor failed to show up for the first appt., so I wasted an afternoon waiting. The dispatcher first claimed that they had tried to call me, but that was obviously false since I had my phone with me the whole time and there was no record of a call. We rescheduled for another day, and again the contractor failed to show up because of and quot;a death in the family.and quot; This may or may not be true; I'll let you judge credibility. Finally, after again rescheduling, I showed the contractor what I wanted done. First I had a key break off in the back door lock, and I asked if the broken key could be removed. No, I was told, and the contractor proceeded to try and sell me a replacement lock. I already had a replacement lock from Home Depot, so I told him to use that one instead if the old one with the broken key truly couldn't be salvaged. The contractor then proceeded to remove the old lock and try to install the replacement I had bought. After about 40 mins, he told me the replacement I had purchased was no good because of a problem with the plate. He then said a lock from Keyed In would work, but he didn't have one with him and he would have to come back. So as of today I am still without a useable lock on my back door. And he also charged me for labor installation despite failing to install the lock. I also asked that my front door deadbolt lock be replaced with another lockI had purchased on my own. After trying to sell me a new lock from Keyed In instead - which I declined to purchase - he proceeded to successfully install the lock I had bought. So at least the front door is secure. I am frustrated due to the difficulty with missed appointments and scheduling. I also have paid Keyed In for two installations but one failed and I continue to have a security problem.

It was a waste of time and a waste of money. All they really did was put some lubricant on the coils. There was one technician here doing work and it took awhile to call me back to get something scheduled.

Good technician called to let us know of arrival time. Did work quickly and professionally, answered questions with knowledge.

He didn't fix the problem and we thought it was a bit expensive. After he left, the motor didn't work at all. There were no issues with customer service and they arrived on time.

It was great., They were really great. Their service was great. They actually came fixed the garage ahead up. The service was excellent, Came out did a good job. Before hand when they came out and met with me they were really good with that. I was quite satisfied with them.

Went well, except I feel they used the "Tune-up" deal as a way to try to sell me a new garage door. (which I do not need)

Very responsive company! We called to have a lock replaced, and they arranged a same-day appointment with no rush fees. The technician was friendly and flexible, and he had both a great technical expertise and a skill for communicating the differences between product choices in an accessible way. Great experience!

I called Keyed In because two sets of locks from Home Depot had broken within a year of installation and I didn't want to try their products a third time. I wanted to see what a good locksmith would tell me and I saw Keyed In was well rated on Angie's list. Roy was able to come the same day, gave me a great overview of different types of locks, and wrote up estimates for three different options on the spot. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

It went great! The technician that came out was very quick, polite, and did a great job. The deal was originally for a tune-up but our door stopped working properly just before they came out. He fixed that, too, for no extra fee. Scheduling was easy and he was actually a little early. I would definitely use them again. It was a great experience.

Excellent service delivered in a timely manner. Both the front and back doors of a newly purchased home were re-keyed and additional garage door remotes provided. The only issue was that, on the day of initial service, the installer did not have enough remotes and keys for our needs. We had to reschedule for a second visit a week later. Overall, very happy with this company.

I had the work done at my mothers house. I know the work was done and it went well. They removed an old loc and installed a new lock on the door. The new lock works fine and we would use them again. There was also an additional $20 cost above the cost of the Deal, which was fine.

Ok, but more interested in selling.

Locksmith came the next day after requested the service. Arrive promptly and installed the equipment efficiently. Excellent work. Very happy. Will recommend to others.
