Tech was very courteous, professional and timely. It was worth the "deal" price but I would not have paid the regular price for this service.

The office staff is not very knowledgable but they are professional. A gentleman came out to measure and provide us with additional options at an additional charge. After confirming the garage door we wanted was in stock, we were able to schedule the installation for the upcoming Saturday. The installer was professional and courteous.

The service was very professional. The first service rep arrived promptly to take measurements of my front doorway and explain my available choices in storm door design. The installer was also prompt. He took less than 2 hours to install the door and took the old storm door away as well. I got a quality, good-looking new security storm door at a reasonable discount (for installation).

The service technician arrived within the arranged timeframe. He was very professional and friendly. He quickly pointed out that one of the springs for the one garage door needed to be replaced and that was an additional charge. I never saw him do anything to the door. I asked for the pricing of what it would cost to replace the spring and he informed me it would be ~ $384 dollar, but they had a new door special going on $899 for a new insulated door. I informed him that I would need to discuss it with my husband and would get back to them.

They came out and could not service my garage door based off of the way my door was damaged. They said I would have to replace the entire door with a $7-8000 estimate. I did not go through with anything at that time. They were very thorough in explaining the problems.

Purchased a special on Angie's List. I was scheduled right away and the technician came promptly on time. He made recommendations (no hard sell) and tuned up my garage door tracks and wheels.

He was on time, informative and came in right at his estimate...perfect

They gentleman came out. He was very nice, on time, but I was looking for something more modern, to fit our modern looking home. They came out on Saturday which they normally don't do.

It went pretty well. They charged us an additional $67.oo to install a lock that we had already purchased.

Service was on time and easy to coordinate. Locksmith was excellent and most importantly, an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver.

Excellent work! Leo Perry called me before he came, came on time, was very helpful with his advice on what I needed, and in a short time did a great job! He gave me 2 estimates, one to fix the old lock and one to replace lock with a safer, better quality lock. I will recommend this company and will definitely use them again. I joined Angie's List today to find a locksmith and I'm very glad I did. I needed someone to come today, a Sunday, and other companies listed are closed on Sunday.

The job required a lock to be changed from requiring key to open from the inside to one that could just be opened with a turn of a knob. However, because this is a metal gate, the door could now be opened from the outside by reaching in and turning the knob, so I also need a security mesh net to prevent this from happening. Roy promptly addressed both issues and finished everything withing a few hours. His service was particularly convenient since I did not need the services of a welder for the mesh net.

It was fine and they were very good. They got the job done in about 2 hours. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was excellent.

The price quoted for the rekey was too high. Service person didn't give me a formal quote. Called back the office who said that they would investigate and get back. Have yet to receive any call.

Very prompt and professional. Prices were fair and there wasn't any upselling or hidden charges, as is common with other locksmiths. Will definitely use them again!

The provider was very responsive. We identified the problem with our lock around 11 and called for an appointment, securing the 12-2 window. The service man arrived promptly at 12:10 and quickly identified the problem, solution and quote for services. He was very willing to provide additional detail regarding the cause of the problem and to answer all other questions. Overall it was a positive experience to a stressful situation.

We will never use this company again and warn possible costumers to be alert and make sure that prices given over the phone or in a conversation is really followed with written emails, demand the email confirmation. Initially we purchased through Angie's list what was supposed to be $150.00 service for $75.00.After the job was performed we were hit with $20.00 extra charge which was not advertised before, for a total of $105.00. A few minutes of fixing the electric system of the garage door, the work was done to our satisfaction except that the remote control which worked initially did not work that evening. I called the manager of the company, He told me that garage remote control work was a separate work and charge. He quoted over the phone to me $125.00 for what I understood was for two remote controls which I considered already rather excessive in price, I confirmed that price and the number of two controls with a woman on the phone when I called to make the appointment for the continuation of the work with two remote controls. After the job was performed they asked for $125.00 per remote control, when I argued about the discrepancy, they told me that I should have known that ;price in advance since they have sent an email with that information. I never received any written information from them about the difference in price. So the work that originally was supposed to be $75.00 turned to be. $330.00 with a discount that they gave us for been part of Angie's list. They are pricey, argumentative, don't budge in their arguments, they are right and you are wrong and should know better. Make sure you understand very well what they are going to do and how much is going to cost you. We made a mistake for not been on guard. and quot;their Emailsand quot; never came.

We had lost one of our keys for our front door dead bolt. They came out quickly to get it replaced because I didn't feel safe. They were very helpful and encouraged me to get if fixed so I would be safe. They were early, very polite and personable. I feel at peace now not having to worry.

Tech arrived, was very friendly, had the magic touch and got things fixed immediately. Knew what to do and had our door open in no time (it was stuck closed). He was so fast, he didn't charge for the job.

Scheduler was polite and efficient. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We wanted the replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the door because it was worn out and sometimes rain water was coming into the garage.

Changed the rollers and serviced the door. However, the spring broke down after 6 months of the service performance. Not sure if it could have been caught before hand.

I had them put in a new lock and it was an emergency situation. It turned out to be more expensive than I thought. The job was done well, but the price was a lot more than I'd anticipated. Once they started the job, it didn't take longer than 30 minutes to do.

The springs were replaced because one spring was broken and the garage door would not open. The technicians said that it was best to replace both springs at the same time. After installation the door made a loud noise upon opening and closing. The technicians said that I needed to get a new door and motor. I said to them that it did not make noises this loud before. They said that installing a new door and motor would stop the noise. After a couple of weeks, I called Keyed In again and said that the noise was even louder. They sent a different technician out. He reiterated what the other technicians said. After a few weeks, I bought a garage tune-up from ABC garage. Initially, I did not mention that I had recently had work done on the garage door. It was not until the technician said to me that one of the springs was pushing against some device on the door that was causing it to produce this loud noise upon opening and closing. He suggested that I call the company that installed the springs, because he would have to charge me to reposition the spring that was causing the problem. I decided to pay him to reposition the spring. The noise stopped as soon as he repositioned the spring. He estimated that the door and motor has approximately 3-5 more years.

He did the job, but I wasn't especially impressed. Everything is now working. I had to call back to see when the part for hte lock was coming back in. It works, so hopefully it will continue to work.
