+ -1 moreIts a shame that your company is over priced. As stated in my Request I need the bold/ nut to be replace on my Garage door. Your price quoted was between 600-1000. Insisting that I replacing my garage door. I called in one of your competitor and my bolt/ Nut was replaced for 100. Your company should be ashamed of yourself. Dissatisfied Costumer
Description of Work: Guy came in our home insisted we change the entire garage door charging 1,125.95 Dollars. Failed to listen to our request. We call in a second opinion Door Man of Frederick they came in and Quoted us 92 Dollars. Door man of Frederick changed the screws and activated the garage remote. Work well done!

Description of Work: The provider came out for a free estimate to replace our garage door. The technician said he had been doing this for 16 years. We agreed to a price. I gave him my credit card. He immediately sent me an invoice. 20 mins later their home office called and said the tech incorrectly quoted the price and said the new price would be more than 400 dollars more. We told the home office we agreed to a price and expected them to honor it. After some back and forth and reminding them of Angie's List they agreed.

It sounds a little bit better so he told me that I need to either go through the company that installed it. I wasn't there but my husband was there. They had great rapport, they got to talk and he was personable and everything. They also sent us a feedback. They were excellent. I get it done every year.

Description of Work: Storm door lock was replaced. Replaced the old mechanism and handle. The original mechanism was not compatible with the new lock so the locksmith was able to make the necessary adjustment and changes.
