The person who showed up did the tune-up per the coupon I had purchased from Angie's list earlier. He adjusted my door height in such a way that the door would not retract completely. He told me this was not unusual. He then suggested that I replace the old metal rollers with new nylon rollers to make the door open and shut more quietly. He also suggested that my actual door was in need of replacement in the near future. The total cost of the work did not strike me as good or bad at the time, but I decided to explore other companies for the cost of replacing the door. I discovered that nylon rollers are pretty much the standard now and they only cost less than $10.00 each. I also discovered that the company who replaced my garage door said their tune-up cost is $200, but includes replacement of springs, cables, and rollers. Keyed in LLC did not provide new springs or cables. The person told me that if I ordered a new door through them, they would take off the cost of the rollers from their installation. I received an email from them with an advertised price for a new door in excess of $1,500.00, so that is when I started shopping around. I ended up at Home Depot where the entire cost of a new garage door and state of the art door opener was just over $1,000.00.

Very well. Purchase a key pad dead bolt from internet. Husband tried to install it and broke. Technician fix the issue but key pad keyed in was selling. Technician explained everything thoroughly. Overall very happy with the service. Thanks for your patience.

Avoid this company if you can. I purchased a service all through Angie's list for what I thought was a pretty simple job - tightening the lock on my front door - and I explained that to the dispatcher when I scheduled my appointment. When the guy arrived, he was 53 minutes late and surly, he informed me that what I purchased just got him to my house and that any work he did was at a minimum of $75, no matter if it took "1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes." When I asked for an estimate of how long it would take to do this job he replied, "I don't know maybe 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes." It took about 1.5 minutes. I wish the dispatcher had informed me of the $75 minimum - no matter the service - once someone arrived. I will never use them again and, unless you are locked at of your house with roaming bandits hot at your heels, I hope you won't either.

He came out promptly and did a great job. Lock is working great.

Very well. There was a problem with the door after they installed it, I wrote a negative review. Boy was I wrong. They were out here in two days to address the problem. AND it turned out that I just didn't understand how to work the door.

I had a door handle that was loose and needed to be either replaced or repaired. Gentleman rearranged his schedule and came late in the afternoon (after business hours) to be sure that it could be repaired before I left town the next day. He was very accommodating considering that he had to drive for about an hour and half to get there. Turned out it was just a screw that needed to be tightened so while he didn't do much in the way of work, he also repaired something simple rather than suggesting that I buy a whole new lock/door handle assembly. I'm not sure most repair folks would be so honest. Very much appreciated the professionalism, honesty and flexibility to accommodate my timing emergency!!

The technician, Leo was very professional, on time, polite and efficient.

Liam (sp?) was professional and offered the right amount of "upsell" without ripping us off. All went according to plan and he kept up updated on his progress throughout the appointment.

They came and looked my door and said it needed to be replaced. Their price was much more than I was willing to pay. I have decided not to use the deal.

They missed the appointment they'd scheduled. They called it a mix-up in appointments, and I’m not willing to deal with it. They did call me back, though.
