It went fine. Individual did good work with the installation.

Purchased a big deal for roller replacement and garage door tune up. I wanted the door spring tension to be adjusted. They showed me it was appropriately balanced but the door was still jerky and they suggested they install a new opener for around $500-$600. I bought my own door opener and installed it myself for about $220. Technicians were good, not great. Work performed was simple and fine. I wouldn't recommend the big deal.

They got here right on time for the scheduled appt. I asked about rekeying several locks while they were here and got an estimate. I agreed to have the rekeying done at what I thought was a fair price - $233 to rekey 2 lock to match an existing lock - of which I did not have a key for either.One of the techs completed the tune up as the other did the rekeying. Work was completed in a little over an hour.

Keyed In responded very quickly after we had a break in. They advised us on what to do and did not try to sell us unecessary stuff. They did the job well! Very good experience!

It turned out not to be anything that I thought it was, so it wasn't worth it. I thought they were going to fix my lock but they only came out to look at it. They didn't do any work. He came right away.

It was excellent. They were knowledgeable, they were punctual and it was done regularly as they said it would be.

The quality of the install was questioned by my husband and I the day the cameras were installed. Since the install I have had other professionals review and they found a number of installation issues both outside and inside where the wires enter the house. Everything not only visually looks messy both indoors and outdoors but the company also does not provide set-up assistance beyond putting the cameras up. Once the cameras were installed I was directed to call Honeywell to have the cameras visable on my computers, tablets and cellular phones. I called Honeywell and the company policy is that they don't interface directly with consumers. When I informed Shay at Keyed In he was insistent that I needed to work with Honeywell and he provided me with a ticket number. Everytime I call they think I am Shay. I have spent hours on the phone being Shay. When the remote to the DVR stopped working I called Shay and was told my warranty period had ended. Apparently it was 90 days. So, I called Honeywell and was told that the warranty period is 3 years and I needed to go back to the company that did the install. I explained that company indicated the 90 day warranty was over. They were extremely surprised since that's not the agreement they have with vendors. The exterior cables are dangling and will continuously impact the reception. The DVR remote control does not work. The remote feed to my devices isn't working and the install wasn't performed correctly. I am sure I am missing other issues but this is it at a high level. This was a waste of close to $4000. I am trying to see if Honeywell will come out and review the situation. They lack workmanship, customer service, work ethnics and professionalism.

When the provider arrived, he was well prepared and immediately began to replace the locks. He was courteous, and extremely professional. After completing the installation, the contractor asked me to test the locks. I forgot my door keys and we both were locked out. The contractor jumped my gates only to find out that my sunroom was locked too. He then showed his exceptional skills by prying open my entry door to gain access to my home. This was not an easy task! What an experience!

He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

After a break in, we had to change the locks. Keyed In came in, replaced the cylinder in one lock and provided new keys for locks that used a smart re-key system. They were prompt, efficient, and easy to schedule same-day. Their service was very professional.

He introduced himself and ask how could he serve us. He informed us of every action he took and needed to do. He had us truopen the door before the transaction was was. Done.

Leo completed the install and repairs with precision and the end results look great. I will call them again. Thanks.

Bought a Big Deal thinking it would be... a good deal, but was badly mistaken as the price was well over what I was willing to spend, and the Big Deal didn't seem to make much different. Perfectly nice, responsive, professional people, but just be forewarned that this is a higher end provider.

It went fine, he did what we wanted him to do. He was fine, no complaints about him at all.

The technician did a wonderful job. When he left I felt like I had learned a great deal and understood how to avoid the issue in the future.
