Technician came, hit the switch, declared the motor was shot, and replaced it. All pretty simple.

The team was very professional and fast. They arrived right on time and when I had a small issue with a knob they replaced a day later, they came back out immediately to address the problem at no charge. Overall, it was an easy and fast experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable. A bit pricier than we had expected, but we got four original Baldwin Keys which are very exact and high quality.

Contacted me within the time specified. On the day of the appointment he the tech was running late because they had given him the wrong directions. However, he called twice to let me know of his approximate time of arrival. Even though he had been sent to the other side of town, he still managed to arrive pretty much on time. I appreciated his calling to let me know what was happening. The Big Deal I purchased was for a simple garage door tune up. The door was making a horrible screeching noise every time it was opened and closed. I thought it just needed oil . Turned out the rollers were shot and out of alignment. Guess that was to be expected since they were 20 years old. The price he quoted me seemed a bit high, but since he was already here and the work needed to be done I agreed. So far, I am satisfied with the work done and the techs knowledge. I would use this company again.

They came once and forgot the door handle so had to reschedule. They were super expensive and rude.

The gentleman was extremely pleasant and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his work. There was a little mix up with the scheduling, they are very busy with so many offers going on right now which is why I gave a good instead of excellent in the responsiveness and punctuality area.

The provider wanted to install a lock which was different from what was requested. He finally installed the requested lock but stated that it was not a good lock. I reported to the provider that the lock he installed does not work smoothly and he stated that he would come back another day to work on it.

Customer service agent was responsive and was able to dispatch locksmith within 3 hours. Locksmith was efficient and professional. Great experience!

Keyed In was very professional. They gave me a two-hour service window and 30 minutes notice. It took three visits to complete all of the work. The first visit was for an estimate and they completed the lock-servicing then. The second visit was to re-balance the garage door springs, which they ended up replacing because someone had installed radically too big/powerful springs on the door. The final visit was to replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door. They were very professional and efficient workers. The price may have been a bit more than I could have gotten elsewhere but they did excellent and neat work and walked me through everything. It was nice I could get locks and garage issues fixed by the same company.

8 June 2015 I had a peep hole put in the door. The cost for this was $235.00 - $45.00 service call for total due was $192.18.The 19.99 that I paid for the deal on Angie's List was not taken off. The provider said that he all ready discounted the items. The bill was $45.00 for peep hole and $145.00 to drill a hole in the door and to put the peep hole in. I told him that I felt the price was too high for 30 minute or less job. He said it was the going rate per job. Before the provider left I did ask him about my garage door. He made me feel that my door was not safe and the rollers would come off the track, it needed to be replaced. I building is only 3 years of age and I am the only owner that has used the garage. I just wanted the door to not squeak so loud he said he would send an other person out the next day to give me an estimate. I also needed a weather strip replaced on one side of the garage door. 9 June 2015 The employee was more friendly and professional and really listened to me. He replaced the weather stripping, lubed the rollers and adjust the track. It cost me $100.70 for the work to be done. He really inspected the garage door and told me the door was working fine and did not need to be replaced. The quality of the work was great. They were on time. Ratings were done for both individuals on an average, which was hard to decided.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The locksmith was professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. He presented options for me, and he allowed me to talk to my brother on the phone before making a decision. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I listed "B" for price just because it was more than I anticipated, but I was not familiar with prices, so that's more just my own reaction. The job was completed perfectly, and the locksmith took the time to let me "practice" with the new lock, and to show me all the features. He cleaned up and overall he was great to work with. I felt he and the company had my best interest in mind throughout. As a side note: my brother I called is actually a locksmith in Minnesota, and he confirmed the pricing was fair. 10-25-15 Unfortunately, just a short time later, the whole lock unit is loose and I am contacting the company. I showed video I took to another locksmith and was told it was improperly installed.

It took him about 5 minutes, but when I tried it, it didn't work properly, so he checked it again, replaced a bolt on the guide the rollers go up and down on. All together it took him about 15 minutes at the most. He did everything fine, but I think the cost of $225.00 for new eyes and 15 minutes of work is ridiculously high.

The technician was on-time and was courteous. The job was explained well and was done quickly. But the cost was extreme. It would have been cheaper to go buy a new lock/deadbolt set of 3/4 from a hardware store and DIY (for the rekey portion). As for the new lock and deadbolt, let's just say I could have bought those at a hardware for half the price I paid for them. They would say their locks are better than those at a hardware store but in actuality the locks are the same. If convenience of having one key for all locks and quality work is what you're looking for, use this company; otherwise DIY.

It was a good experience from the beginning, when Kylie took my call to schedule the inspection. She was very helpful and worked with my schedule. Art called to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived on time, and went to work immediately. His inspection was thorough, and he lubricated everything. I asked him to help me program my garage door opener in my car, as I had an older garage door opener that I could not sync with my car, and he worked with me to get it done. I am really happy about that. I don't need the remote anymore, which is a big help. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

The technician was great - very creative in finding a solution to fix an unusual break. He was very clear on costs and plans throughout. The lock works great. I would use them again.

It was a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with Keyed In from beginning to end. They were exceptionally professional, timely, considerate, knowledgeable and eager to help. We reached out to them for help in opening our broken safe. They helped us and really went above and beyond. We felt the locksmith knew his business very well. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. We will be using their expertise when we purchase a new safe.

My door was reprogramed but it took hardly any time and I felt it cost too much for what was done. Other than that, what I asked for was done.

Technician arrived promptly (actually a few minutes before the 2 hr service window). He was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. The service was within the voucher amount, so I didn't pay anything over my Angie's List voucher. I am happy with the service and would definitely use Keyed in LLC in the future.

The service was great. Scheduling was fairly easy and the actual provider called my cell before arriving. Once there, they were friendly and prompt. They had to order the proper weatherstripping and were very good in contacting me about rescheduling. I was very very happy with my service.
