Description of Work: I received the service that was stipulated in the garage door tune up package that I purchased. the service men arrived early but call to make sure I was at home. I appreciated that very much. After the tune up was completed my garage door motor malfunctioned. The service men that performed the tune up told me that I needed a new motor and very kindly provided two estimates for new motors,... $700 and $600 for a 1/2 horsepower and 3/4 horsepower motor, respectively. Shortly there after, I learned that I only needed a new motherboard for the perfectly good motor that I have and ended up paying $50 dollars for a replacement motherboard.

Description of Work: "They fixed my front door lock. It was sticking so that sometimes the key would not turn. They cleaned it out, and now it works perfectly. |They told me that they could replace it, but that this would cost a lot more, and by cleaning it they would probably solve the problem. |I would definitely use them again!"
