Description of Work: Replaced spring on garage door.

Description of Work: Garage doo and opener was inspected and services. I was told springs needed replaced as they were rusted and one was too stretched. That cost me over $250.00. I was also told the opener was old, cheap (a Genie) and needed replaced with a newer, better model - The least expensive model with installation would cost me over $550.00. I said I needed to talk with my spouse before I made that decision and I could not talk with him until after the week-end as we were getting company. LLC called me taht evening about 5 minutes after my husband walked in the door asking when they could install the opener I ordered! I said I didn't order one, I hadn't talked to my spouse, and I did not want to purchase through them as they charged twice as much for their least expensive model opener as Lowe's or Home Depot. I would not reccommend them to others.

Description of Work: Very professional and trustworthy in nature. I had a unique issue with my garage door and were able to resolve it in the most cost-effective manner possible. Will definitely use them again, no doubt!

Description of Work: Needed to remake a key that had been lost in the snow. Had to recreate the key using ignition information since we did not have an original. Did a great job, had the key made in very little time on a very cold night. Have since found the original key and have continued to use the remake as a back up.

Description of Work: Corrected dangerous code violation from previous garage door maintenance. Now have infrared beams that trigger stopping a door closing should there be a possible hazard. They also adjusted mechanism on one door that was not seating correctly when going down and thus not staying down. Did offer to sell us new doors, but I wasn't interested. That was not an issue in performing the needed corrections.

Description of Work: A key broke in my lock at 9:30 pm, one night this winter. They took about an hour to get there. While they replaced the lock quite quickly, it was very expensive. $400 to replace a single lock. I'm sure some of it had to do with the time of night, but it seemed way too high.

Description of Work: The tech performed routine service on the garage door. He was punctual, courteous and informative. He made recommendations for part replacement. I think the mark-up for the replacement rollers is extremely high.
