Description of Work: Replaced entire garage door opener to include safety sensors which were previously missing. There was a difference noted in the quoted price and the final billed amount. The company was contacted approximately one week later,and they promptly agreed to reimburse me the difference. However, I have not yet received the refund. Overall I was pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Replaced defective keyed entrance/exit door to garage. Matched fairly closely existing door lock to builder's stock door locks provided by owner and maintain uniformity in appearance. New door lock didn't quite fit tightly although owner (me) ordered lock on line. Terrible punctuality. Came 3-4 hours after appointment time. Not happy with overall experience.

Description of Work: We had new locks put on three entrance doors to the house. They all needed to be keyed together and the front door also needed a deadbolt lock. Also they made 8 keys for us. The serviceman was very prompt, polite, and efficient.

Description of Work: The technician got lost and I had to find him and guide him in. He worked on my front door lock which he fixed. I was very grateful that this could be done. he was very professional but tired and wanting to go after the late start he got. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. |I was pleased and would use the service again. I would just suggest that if a customer wants to give directions, take them, the GPS doesn't always do it.
