Description of Work: I lost my keys late last night, a Friday night. Keyed in was there within 30 minutes. He asked for ID and asked how many locks needed to be opened and alas it was two. But he tried to open them to no avail and ended up having to drill and replace them. Every step of the way he explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely use them again, prompt and courteous. Yes, it was a bit expensive, but it was a Friday night and my fault totally.

Description of Work: 3 locks replaced. Very expensive, but the lock on the front dor would not turn and we were locked in or had to walk through the alley to the fron.

Description of Work: Technician arrived and explained that we needed a commercial as opposed to the high security lock I had mistakenly ordered. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us the Angie's list discount on this particular job of 15% which brought the price for the top and bottom locks to $391.00 Great technician and great job!

Description of Work: Scheduled for a tuneup. First thing wanted to replace the rollers at $25 a piece. Wanted to replace the motor. Ended up paying $135 extra to align the sensors.

Description of Work: I was unable to successfully schedule the appointment. The provider suggested that the scheduling difficulty was my fault. I believe we merely need to agree to disagree. Even if, for the sake of argument, I was the cause of the difficulty, I believe the customer service attitude of the person I spoke to (twice) on the phone leaves something to be desired. I determined that I needed to cancel the order and identify another provider who provides the customer with the impression that their business is valued and that they care about the customer.

Description of Work: Removed old door knob and replaced it. Advised that the replacement I purchased at Lowe's could be easily broken into. Sold us a replacement that he carried with him. It's a solid knob and lock.
