Description of Work: They repaired two exterior door locks, one of which had not operated properly for many years. I used one of the specials advertised through Angie's List to initiate the service. Service was prompt, courteous and easy for me. I was very happy witht the results.

Description of Work: Garage door maintenance consists of spraying lubricant. Wanted to charge $70 to replace a part I could get online for $2.99. Plus hundreds in additional labor to replace a hinge. Door broke and now unusable within 8 hours of their visit. Coincidence?

Description of Work: Nothing. I purchased a garage door tune up. He came out said I needed ibeams gave some crazy estimate, left me a flyer and left. I payed $70 and my time for nothing. The deal includes lubing wheels, tightening belts etc

Description of Work: Got this company's Big Deal and they were kind enough to come our on a Saturday even though the deal was to come to my home during normal weekday business hours. The sales person was prompt,very helpful and knowledgeable. I did not go with this company because I did not see a door I liked in their catalog. While they carry a quality security door brand I need something to compliment a mid-century home and I did not find what I was looking for in their line of doors. If I had I would have used them.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken garage door. It cost a couple of bucks more for the parts, but it was still appreciably less costly than other estimates received. Would I use them again if the need presented itself? YES. Would I recommend them to others in the Northern VA area? YES!
