I worked with Shay throughout the planning process and he was pretty responsive. It took a little while to get HOA approval, so we communicated for several week with maybe one hiccup. The installation appointment that we had was rescheduled once per vendor request, but they accommodated our schedule when setting the new date. All-in-all, we're happy with the door and have better climate control inside the garage. We noticed there was a dent in one of the sections later in the day. That was disappointing and we have yet to schedule a revisit to correct that. We were able to offload most of the old door pieces through another (unexpected) project.

The door needed 2 screws which fell out to prevent it from falling appart. The men said that the door can fall apart if he tries to drive in a screw and recommended a brand new door. Another contractor came and drew in screws without hestitation and for free. The date of this "service" is approximate. It was in September.

We had loud garage door and found this service on Angie's List. We originally had difficulty arranging an appointment . However, the receptionist called back to arrange a time( when an earlier time came available). We were grateful for this responsiveness and professionalism. The day of the service, our technician came very early as an earlier appointment was cancelled. He completed the yearly maintenance and explained service to my husband. I would rehire this company in the future.

The service went well. The gentleman arrived within their scheduled 2 hr window and called ahead with a 20 minute heads up. The vehicle is well marked with the company logo. When he arrived, he asked me to describe any concerns (noisy and lacks smooth operation). He then described what he was going to do and estimated the time it would take to do the work. For context, I have a 25 year old wooden, two car garage door with a Craftsman 1/2HP garage door opener (in place when we purchased the home, so I'm not sure of its age). It took him less than 30 minutes to remove all the old rollers, replace them with new ones, tighten all the hinges and lube where appropriate. He advised that I may need to replace the garage door as some of the areas where the hinges contact wood were showing signs of cracking and "stripping" (my word not his). This could result in a loosening of the door panels over time and some of the smooth operation might start to deteriorate. He also, informed me of what a new door installation might cost. Once finished, he cleaned up the work area and used an IPAD to confirm my contact information record my signature. Overall, I'm pleased with the service. My door is MUCH MUCH quieter during operation than it ever has been! I would use them again. The guy was professional, knowledgeable and quick.

They worked out fine. There services were fine. I think it was my first deal. It was more than I expected. The interactions were good. The work was good.

They were really great. It went up and down without the backtracking. The guy came in and it was fixed in no time. It was perfect. They're very nice people. I paid $100 in addition to that.

The door took longer to make than I expected, but once it was available, installation was timely. It's a quality product, and the installation and cleanup were wonderfully done. I am very pleased.

Somebody came and took care of the big deal service for the garage door tune up, that was scheduled and taken care of. The service went fine. There were no additional costs on top of the big deal price. I gave them 3 different times and they came in the last one. They took about 10 minutes or less. He was nice. He did his work. I had misunderstood what the whole thing was about. He just did the minimum. He loosened my door and it took a few minutes to do it. I was surprised that it was done so quickly but it does work better. The price for what he did was a little expensive.

Went very well. Their technician was prompt, friendly and informative and knew what he was doing.

Started off good when he called me well ahead of the window to stat he would show up just 14 minutes into the time frame. After I described what I wanted done, he gave me a quote that I know now is a ridiculously high price but I needed the work done. I paid for the work and he asked for a trash bag that I provided and then started working on the first floor door since that would require the installation of a new knob, bolt, and lock. That work took about 1 and a half hours during which he took a lunch break to also grab some more equipment; can't fault him for that. Once he got back he finished the install of the first floor went upstairs to the third to install new lock and knob, that took only two or three minutes tops. So for about an hour and 20 minute job I got bushwhacked with $724 bill I had to pay up front without the technician telling me what type of locks he used or breaking down the bill. Don't use locksmiths go to Handymen or Lowes and buy the d*** things yourself it will save money.

They did a good job! They called before arrival, arrived on time, and did what they were supposed to do.

Bought a big deal. Thought that would cover the cost, but it did not. Thought the extra charge was more than it should have been. Apparently the deal was only for the service call and did not cover any of the labor. I supplied my own lock.

Art did a first-rate job fixing our garage door opener. In the past, we had been having numerous problems with it: (i) it would not close with the remote control, so whenever we would leave, we always had to close it manually instead of from the car; (ii) whenever we closed it manually with the keypad or button, we had to keep the button pressed for the duration of the closing process, which was time-consuming. Art immediately spotted what was causing these problems and had it running like new immediately. We were glad that he: (i) took the time to explain what the problems were and (ii) provided a tuneup that identified one of the parts that is in danger of breaking and gave us a quote to call him if this happens. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

The installation went great. The installer arrived about 15 minutes in advance of the appointed start time, so he was ready to go at the appointment time. He answered all my questions and also alerted me that one of my rollers was malfunctioning. I've never had a garage door opener installed before, so I had plenty of questions and he was great about answering all of them. After the installation, I tested the remotes, the switches, the lights and the opening function. Everything worked just as it was supposed to. I would definitely use Keyed in LLC for other projects and recommend this company to my friends and family.

The technician then continued on to spray a lubricant to the rollers and tighten the bolts to ensure trouble-free operation. I haven't had any problem since.

It took awhile to get a technician to come to our house, but he eventually came and appraised the situation and took care of it profkessionally. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a garage door technician.

Technician was on time and professional. They did a great job. However, the services were little too expensive and the brand of lock used installation was unknown.

Its not a secure lock. The screws are loose. I tried to tighten them but they don?t grab. I?m really disappointed!
