Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a garage door tune up. They were awesome. They scheduled my appointment right away and were on time and courteous. They were quick and efficient and did exactly what I asked for.

Description of Work: The technician informed us the garage door springs needed replacing. We agreed to the recommendation and opted to replace the rollers at the same time. The technician said it would not make sense to perform the "Garage Door Tune-Up" as these services would be part of the replacement services.

Description of Work: When the company rep arrived and took a look at the lock I needed to have replaced he informed me there would be a $45.00 service charge associated with the work. When I talked with them before I bought the Big Deal and when I scheduled the work to be done, there was no mention in any way about a service charge. Also, replacing the lock (which I bought beforehand) would have required removing 4 screws and mounting the new lock by screwing in 4 screws. For that he was going to charge $75.00 plus the service charge.

Description of Work: Shay from Keyed In came to my home to take a look at some locks I wanted to have rekeyed. He was very professional, punctual, and nice, and gave me some good tips, but ultimately I found the quote to be too high a price.

Description of Work: They did what they were paid to do. So that rates at least a "B". BUT! for $60 dollars all they did was squirt WD-40 on our garage door hinges, which we do ourselves. They also told us our garage door had a dent it in from the snow plow plow! REALLY? No kidding! They did take a look at the overhead door light and admitted it had a short in it--and I'm thankful they agreed with our opinion of the problem. But all their option included very high cost REPLACEMENTS and NO REPAIRS. No thanks!

Description of Work: Adjusted, lubricated and tightened a garage door moving parts/hinges.

Description of Work: The tech was late getting to my house (window was 10-12). He arrived around 12:30, but he called to let me know that he was delayed at another job. He did excellent work. In fact, I was so impressed with the work he did on the front door lock, that I had the back door lock changed as well. Excellent service all around. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: I used the snapfix and was matched with keyed in... Scheduled an appointment no call no show. Later sent an email attempting to reschedule and still no response. Very disappointed. Was so excited 2 use Angie's list and this was an awful 1st impression all around 😔

Description of Work: Technician identified additional garage door accessories that needed repair/replacement. The total cost made the decision to repair or replace the garage door one that needed more customer analysis.
