Description of Work: The first technician discovered that we had a broken spring. He immediately reccomended having it replaced before even attempting the rest of the service. He did not have the equipment on his truck but scheduled for another technition to come later that afternoon. Unfortunately, he was overbooked and after waiting all afternoon I was told that he wouldn't be able to come until the next morning. Once he did arrive the springs were replaced and the tune up completed. Door was still screechy so he reccomended replacing the rollers. It worked like a charm. Door is now as quiet and smooth as the day it was installed.

Description of Work: Installed two standard sized garage doors. Although I am pleased with the work that was done, it took more time than I thought to complete the project (approximately 2 weeks). For the project I had, the company's policy was to perform the work only on the weekend, which probably accounted for the length of time it took to complete the job. I am glad that the main worker made sure that he had the proper materials available to do the work instead of improvising, which required return trip(s).

Description of Work: I found Keyed In for my mom who was having trouble with her security door. She'd had poor luck with other locksmiths being able to work on them. I called around to a couple before settling on Keyed In after speaking with a representative. They were in fact able to help, showed up early, worked professionally with my elderly mom and got her door fixed and keys ordered as she wanted. I haven't had a chance to review the key or door work so I reserve judgement on the quality, but she has not complained or had issue since the work was done. I would use them again if she had any issues.

Description of Work: When I called for an appointment, Keyed In LLC wasn't able to come out until two weeks later. When they did, they repaired our garage door. The door was not level when pulled completely down. I believe it was a broken cable. The repair guy fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
