Description of Work: I don't recall the date of service. I declined it because the low $19.99 offer was just to get in my front door. Don't remember the $ amount quoted, but it was ridiculously high. After he left, I noticed that a screw in the lock handle was loose. I tightened it up; problem solved !

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune up. When the technician came out he said he did what he could, but that a tune up was not what the door needed and what it needed would've ended up costing $300-$500. The door still seems to be pretty much the same and I do not think that the door is any different than it was before.

Description of Work: I needed to have my locks changed rather quickly due to a security concern. I called that morning and they had a technician out in an hour. They did wonderful work. My only comment is the price. I know locksmiths are expensive and needing locks changed on a Sunday ups the ante, but I did not expect to pay $500 out of pocket for changing two deadbolts.
