Description of Work: It went fine but after the service one of my new belt drive garage door openers is much louder

Description of Work: Did a minor tuneup on my garage door; now no longer sounds as if it's going to fall apart. Good work.

Description of Work: They arrived on time, diagnosed that I had a lousy door knob installed, noted that the door had once been kicked in, thereby making it harder to accommodate a door knob set. The locksmith removed the bad, ill-fitting doorknob set, and rescrewed in the striker plate with extra-long screws, making the door much stronger. After coming back from his truck he informed us he had no matching door knob sets, and offered us a commercial grade door knob set at no extra cost. We gladly accepted, and he installed it. The door is now secure, reliable, and we have better than expected equipment installed. We have never used a locksmith before, but I was overall pleased with the quality of both work and equipment, and timeliness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Put in a new cylinder in the lock in our front door. Did a good job, promptly and efficiently.

Description of Work: I had a garage door tune up. The service provider showed up on time and completed his task. When the work was completed, my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Keyed In LLC and would use them again.

Description of Work: Looked over my garage door opener system; lubricated parts and looked for signs of wear. None found.

Description of Work: Replaced a garage door that had been damaged in a break-in attempt. The tech gave very helpful advice on securing the area and did excellent work.

Description of Work: I had just purchased a new home so I purchased a tune-up deal through Angie's list. They looked at the door and suggested that I replace the entire door, as there were several things wrong with the door mechanisms. I could not afford to do an entire door replacement at the time and they did some temporary fixes, which did in fact fail a couple of months later. The technicians were very polite and knew their stuff, explained all issues in layperson terms.

Description of Work: Checked out our Garage Door and lubed it. Not very complicated. The only reason they don't get an A from me for this visit is that I felt I had to ask the questions to get it looked at more thoroughly (for example - "Does that look right there?"), though he possibly noticed the same thing and didn't think much of it.
