Description of Work: Unlock door. Before the person came out I spoke with the company was specific in detailing the fact that I needed to have the door unlocked and asked about the cost. I was told that their person would evaluate and let me know. I feel that I was scammed, had they told me it would cost $150 for them to unlock the door, I wouldn't have wasted my time with them. I would have opted to take care of the matter another way. Will not use them again and definitely will not recommend them. Lack of integrity as far as I am concerned.

Dear Member, Thank you for your valuable feedback. It is very important to us. We wanted to inform you that we follow the same policy with each and every customer. We come to a customer's location and provide a free written detailed estimate. At that time, the customer may accept or reject the estimate without any pressure from our technicians. If accepted, the customer is required to sign the estimate in agreement with the cost and to give us permission to perform the work. In most cases the work can be performed right on the spot. We strictly adhere to this policy to protect you the customer, and to protect us from any misunderstandings, false claims, etc. Upon investigating your complaint, we see your signature on file and that you only paid $89 for the lock-out service. We're not sure how this mis-information has come about, however, if you give us a call, we'll be happy to provide you with another copy of your receipt and a copy of your signature we have on file for you. Maybe it's a mix up of companies. Nevertheless, we thank you and appreciate you as our customer and we'd love to speak with you to clear this up for you. Best Regards, The Keyed In Team

Description of Work: replaced patio door lock. The work was adequate, but i felt the service was overpriced. I found the lock I needed online for a cheaper price, but the technician convinced me that I needed the lock he on his truck, which was a lot more expensive. I needed work done quickly so I went with him, but I wouldn't recommend this company.
