Estimated the cost at $4,900 while the final actual cost was around $6,500 Delivery date was vague and they wanted to change at the last minute Needed a smaller truck to access my house and even though I told them they would probably need one they tried to deliver and couldn't and then had to get a smaller truck. They wouldn't let their men unload the truck until I agreed to pay an additional $500. Very unprofessional as I had just paid them $6,000. Very rigid and non-service oriented. Talked to their management and they were "sorry" but totally inflexible. Their sale's pitch was our service is better, our estimates are more accurate there will be fewer surprises. None of this was true. They also damaged one item and broke another. Would not recommend them to anyone

They put my stuff in storage. They returned it July 20, 2015. It wasn't very good. As soon as they got here, two of them needed to use my restroom. Things seemed to go smoothly. Because of the flood, everything that touched the floor needed to moved. It seemed to be like one supervisor and two people who were being supervised. The guy had to tell them multiple times no because they were taking things off of shelving and high places. They came back and put all the boxes in place. They are about to leave and the guy asked if he can use my restroom. They had been gone about 8 minutes and I noticed that the toilet had continued to run. I lifted the lid and noticed that the catch from the chain was broken. I called JK Movers around noon. The representative called them to have them to come back. After an hour of waiting, no one came back and no one had called. I called the headquarters and they told me that they couldn't tell me when they would be coming but that they would be coming. I called back after three hours and they put me on hold. They told me that they guy said that he did not "stop up that lady's toilet." I never had told them that he had stopped up my toilet. I had to call the insurance company as my bathroom was not working. I do not understand why they said they were coming when they were not coming. It was customer disservice and customer disrespect.

Description of Work: Everything went exceptionally well from the first meeting until the last box was unloaded. Everyone is helpful, pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
