Outstanding! The ladies who came (Ana was one of them) were very thorough and detailed. They did a wonderful job of getting the house ready for the next owners. And they were so nice. It was a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend them!

was late over 2.5 hours. however, the most part bothered me was the low quality work they did. 3 ladies came but only 1 can do relatively quality work, the other two just wasted time, and one of them was very sneaky and tried her hard to avoid serious work. I asked them to wear shoe cover but only one did. If other good reviews are true, I think the team I met was the worst in this company. the manager was responsive and tried hard to solve problem, but unfortunately the maids were bad. will never hire from this company again, as all I care about is quality work.

Outstanding cleaning of my home, it sparkled. I was having surgery and wanted to have my home in order during recovery. The bathroom was sanitized and so clean. The shower doors looked NEW! one lady reviewed my requests and relayed to the other lady and they went different directions and began their work. I requested they use my vacume cleaner and also the polish I use on my furniture along with soft rags. They accomadated my requests. The granite countertops were shing and kitchen spotless.

EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY! I even paid extra to give the ladies who came out a gratuity for their hard work. The building feels amazing and they were on time and worked very hard :). I enjoyed working with this company and they will be hired again.

The two ladies showed up between 0700-0730 as I was told. We took a few moments to go over what I wanted to get done in the 3 hours. Even though not everything could get done given the time frame a lot was accomplished. They did a great job on all 3 bathrooms and the 4 bedrooms. The living and dining rooms were also cleaned very nicely.

They were very professional and knew what to do without a lot of explanation from me. The reason for the B rating is that some area's were missed i.e. bookcase shelves in the great room. Also, housekeepers that I have had in the past will change bed linens. This service was not listed on the company sight, so I did not ask for it.

The ladies arrived a little early, stayed for three hours and did a very nice job. I always judge the quality of bathroom cleaning if i see the magnifying mirror I have attached to the wall, dusted and cleaned. Often it is overlooked, but yesterday it was done and cleaned thoroughly. I also asked them to take their time with the wood floors, as our son's dog who visited the day before is a slobberer. They also did a great job on the floors. No doggy slobber was left.

I took advantage of a $99.00 cleaning special (2 ladies for 3 hours); the work they did was well done.

Cleaners were highly professional, effective, communicative, and responsive. They left my house sparkling, clean, and organized.

They arrived early and got right to work. I heard vacuuming and know they did it--but they brought their own vacuum cleaner which was NOT up to the job of getting the cat hair off of our downstairs rug (in the room where our cats spend the most time). My own vacuum was, but I didn't realize they hadn't used mine (I got it out for them) until after they left. They did clean the baseboards on the stairs, which I'd forgotten to ask for, so I was happy about that. But, in my bathroom, they didn't wipe down the faucets on the tub or sinks, clean the mirrors, or clean the glass shelves, windowsill, or the top of the storage cabinet. So, I had to do all of that. All-in-all, so-so. The owner was very professional and called to see if I was happy--and I *was*--until I noticed the details.

They did a really good job. All of the places that I hate to clean, they hit them all and did a good job. One thing that could have made it perfect is if they had fluffed my pillows and folded the throw blanket on the couch so that when I walked into the freshly cleaned home that over and beyond touch would have made it spectacular!

It went really well! The house was very clean. The only thing that could have gone better is that They were supposed to stay until 10am and I would look at the work before they left. So I came back from the grocery store as fast as I could to be there before they left. Arrived home at 9:50am and they had left already. Had I known, I would have taken my time. Also, I missed the chance to tell them one or two (minor) things they could have done better (maybe they could have used the ten minutes to do those things). But again, those are minor things that can be solved with communication. The company was very open to dialogue and the cleaning was excellent! I'm sure we could easily solve the minor issues with conversation. I would hire them again for sure!

Cleaning staff was on time, responsive, hard working and friendly. The office staff was easy to schedule with as well.

Good! They clean 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room.

The cleaners (2) arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled window (horrible beltway traffic) by 7:40 a.m., accommodating my early morning request! The cleaners were extremely polite, efficient, and detail-oriented. They. Cleaned. Everything. I mean, EVERYTHING. I'm pretty sure they even swept/mopped our basement's concrete floor. Like I said, everything. They vacuumed and mopped all hardwoods, vacuumed all carpets, thoroughly cleaned all kitchen surfaces, inside Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Cupboard, and all faucets, meticulously cleaned the bathroom, faucets, fixtures, bath tub, sinks, under-sinks, dusted the entire place (including window blinds, closets, doorknobs) and simply performed at a superior level. This team is amazing. Highly recommended. We'll definitely consider using them again. Do yourself a favor. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

Used CleanstarsUSA for the first time and were absolutely thrilled with the results. We chose the thorough cleaning deal and two ladies came out for 3.5 hours to clean our entire townhouse. They did a really fantastic job and had such an attention to detail - seriously they did not miss a thing! The inside of the fridge and oven even look like new now. We were impressed. Also from the start, booking was easy, flexible, and accommodating. Have already recommended to a number of friends and would definitely book with them again!

Excellent! 1st star - They were on time 2nd star - Appointment was very easy to make, the person making appointment, was very good at following up and providing alternative timings. 3rd star - The cleaners looked professional 4th star - The cleaners were not chatting or wasting time over the phone. Had energy even after 3 hrs of cleaning 5th star - The cleaners did not frown when i asked them to vacuum the couch instead of just dusting them. These guys are hard working, and the deal is worth every penny. I do not get very lucky with Angies list cleaning deals, but this one is sure a keeper!

I am very happy. Two ladies came to my house, I showed them what needed to be done and they went above and beyond. No more dust, carpets vacuumed, everything orderly...I felt like I was in a hotel where your room is just cleaned! I will order that service again.

This cleaning company scheduled according to my schedule making it convenient for me. They showed up on time, they did exactly as asked and did a great job cleaning! I was super impressed with everything going according to my expectations and will definitely use them again for cleaning the entire home.This cleaning was just focused on bathrooms and kitchen so it a sampling of their services for me but I was pleased and will have them back to clean a lot more of the home next time and will leave an updated review. I am a picky home owner who notices the details and I will say they did a good job cleaning those little things that drive me crazy when I hire a cleaning company and they do not clean the details. Will definitely use again!
