Cliff was very helpful and did a thorough inspection of my condo. He pointed out issues I did not see and also validated some issues that I knew needed to be addressed. He was very informative and went over everything in my condo, took pictures and sent me the report the following business day. I'd definitely use them again!

I had an inspector come out and review the house. He was on time. He spent two and a half hours and went into the little spaces which I don't think human beings can even crawl into those spaces. He used very modern gadgets to check and gave a very detailed report with pictures and descriptions about what needed to be repaired, what was safe and what was not safe.

Have a family home in need of desperate repair. Called several inspectors, and went with Cliff since he sounded knowledgeable on the phone. Met at the house and started in the basement and worked our way up to the second floor, then roof. He spoke with me the entire time telling me what problems he saw and possible suggestions to fix them. Pointed out things that were "not safe", like how the stove was attached to the wall with plywood. What if we needed to pull the stove out from the wall? He was very thorough and informative about the level of urgency things needed to be repaired or replaced. I would use him again and would definitely recommend him if anyone needed a home inspection.
