Rent Our Boxes

I was intrigued by the idea of "Rent Our Boxes," but slightly skeptical. I hoped it wasn't going to be one of those "sounds good, poor execution" situations." It ended up being a great situation. Of course it only works for moves inside the DC metro area. The boxes themselves are sturdy and in very good to excellent condition. Most of the ones I rent were brand new. They were easily twice as thick as boxes you buy. They are also module which makes loading the truck faster because it's less like a game of Tetris and more like stacking. The boxes were delivered right when they said they would be. They were picked up right when they said they would. The box estimator was pretty accurate. The only negative was that they don't have dish pack/glass pack boxes, so I bought those at a well know truck rental and storage place. Those cost me about as much as the rental boxes did. I'm not sure this will save you much money compared to buying boxes, but I don't think it costs more. Plus, they come take the flattened boxes away from your house!
