I personally do every job myself, I don't send out a less experienced technician or try to bait you with an incredibly low price just to get your job or take any shortcuts to reduce the price. I'd rather do the job right the first time as my reviews on Angie's List speak for themselves. I take pride in my work and and value my customers and give them the best job and service possible. I have over 20 years experience and refinishing bathtub and wall tile and resurfacing Kitchen counter tops is my specialty as that's all I do.

This person is confusing me with another company. Sometimes people confuse me with MrRefinish as I'm Mrresurface. I keep all my appointments and notify my customers if there is a change in my arrival time.

Description of Work: Very professional. Can't believe how we've gone from a 1950's pink tile and tub to a beautiful and sparkling white. Everything was cleaned, caulked and taped to perfection. Very careful in what he was doing, took his time to make it look like new. I highly recommend the company. Can't wait to fix up the rest of the bathroom and spend more $$$ on accessories and new fixtures.

Description of Work: Ernest did a fantastic job refinishing my bathtub and tile surround. He changed the color of the existing tile from Harvest Gold to Biscuit and it looks terrific!!! I would highly recommend Ernest to anyone looking to resurface or change the color of their tub and tile surround. I will be calling Ernest in the Spring to resurface my master bathroom shower stall and surround when I begin remodeling this bathroom. JOE

Description of Work: Resurfaced a blue tub and blue surround tile that went to the ceiling. He repaired a large hairline crack and some dings then re-calked tile and tube joint prior to work. Installed non-slip surface. Looks great.

Description of Work: Ernest was courteous and professional. He did a great job fixing cracks in my fiberglass tub and reglazed the bottom. You'd barley know it wasn't the original tub bottom. I would highly recommend Mr. Resurface to any of my friends or family

Description of Work: Bathtub reglazing - contacted Ernest after seeing all the reviews on this list. I had seen a few very poor jobs by other companies and was considering another solution of installing a cover up solution for the entire tub and shower area. Ernest immediately returned my initial call and explained the entire procedure, and gave me a date at my convenience and a price. Ernest is a true professional. He prepped and cleaned and the tub looked brand new! Ernest also returned for a slight issue with overspray which took an hour to resolve. This is the type of work you hope to find when you hire an individual to address your home solutions. I intend to contact Ernest again for more projects.

I called them from a newspaper ad. They were prompt, efficient in scheduling and working, and left my home immaculate after doing a beautiful job!! They also left good details about future cleaning and surface maintenance that were very useful. A+ company to do business with!
Description of Work: Mr Resurface resurfaced a fiberglass tub/shower enclosure for me as I was preparing my condo for sale. Not only did they resurface, they filled divots and nicks so that the unit looked, frankly, better than new.

Ernest answered our call late in the day on a Saturday. Promptly returned our calls with follow up questions on Sunday. Provided an email confirmation of our appointment, showed up on time, worked like CRAZY all day to finish the bathtub, shower stall and surrounds. He left the work area clean. And the work 48 hours later, is great. Ernest himself was pleasant and professional.
