 + -1 moreInitially I would request bids from several contractors for their services. Howard's price was reasonable compared to the others, and it became apparent that he was honest, reliable,and he did the job right.I have complete faith in Howard, he is currently working on a project for me and I expect that there are other very good people out there, but I shall stick to Howard.
Description of Work: Howard Joseph has performed many services for me over the past twenty something years from very simple things such as converting an old two prong electrical outlet to a three pronged one, to completely re-wiring pre world war two houses including power supply and the antiquated fuse boxes. Since Howard also teaches his trade and adheres to the latest code requirements he is very up to date
