Description of Work: I have done business with them many times in the past. They installed and serviced my a/c unit in my home as well as commercial accounts. My a/c went just before a heat wave called them on Monday they said the soonest appt was on FRIDAY. THEN THEY CANCELLED!! They had other emergency's to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Description of Work: Called to get an anode rod replaced - they wanted 98$ just to come out. Then you start paying for repair and parts - I was turned off by the demand.

Description of Work: Company installed a high efficiency boiler. The cost was similar to other estimates. The work was scheduled promptly and completed efficiently. There were a couple small glitches (such as programming of service reminders and fixing a drain pipe), but the company responded immediately to my calls about the problems and they were fixed right away.
