They were awesome. I called them during the week needing to move on the weekend and they were able to do that. They packed up really fast, really well, and nothing broke. They did an excellent job. They were also very flexible. I called them because they also offered storage and up until the day they came to move us we weren't sure if we were going to the house or needing to have storage.

We were moving from a three bedroom colonial in West Hartford, in which we had lived for over 25 years. We got three estimates from local movers. Mark Cavallari from Fallon came to our home to give us an estimate. We were impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He gave us many hints which aided us in the last few weeks of packing our belongings. He also gave us valuable written materials re: moving. We went with Fallon, largely based on Mark's visit. We later went to their facility to get some boxes which they supplied to us, as part of our arrangement. The three men who came to move us on August 24, 2011, were excellent. The "crew chief" was John Breen. They finished the job a couple of hours sooner than they had estimated. John Breen and one of the other crew members then moved our belongings into a storage unit in Maryland about a week later. Our contact with the office manager--Lisa Doucette--was always professional, from the very first phone call, to the calls in Maryland, during which time there was a hurricane, which necessitated "our" truck being in a secure location. We would recommend Fallon to anyone in the Hartford area who is planning a move.

They arrived on time and very careful with my belongings. They wrapped and delivered everything. They unwrapped and set everything up. They moved me and my daughter again within the same town. Their price was fair and they did a great job.
