Jacob was very responsive from the very first call I made to closing the project The project was time sensitive and his team completed the job within the time constraints. He squeezed our project in even though he was very busy. The work showed excellent quality and was thoroughly done. Jacob was able to deal with changes and was flexible. There was good communication throughout the project. Jacob was professional and polite. We will use him again.

Yagup was a pleasure to deal with. The price represented the size of our house. Everything was done when we were away for a week. The workers did what was expected and got it done in a timely manner. I would recommend Pro Painters to anyone thinking of painting the interior or exterior of our house. The workers were so nice that our neighbors said they were nice:)

He came promptly to estimate the job as soon as I made an inquiry and was more professional in our dealings that the others I contacted. The job they did was excellent. They cleaned up when they were done and the price was fair..I have contracted with them to repaint the walls and doors for the interior of my three bedroom house next month. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company.

The work was excellent and the company was a pleasure to work with. Jacob did much more prep work on my deck than I expected, and as a result it really looks good. The price was higher than the "super budget" outfit I used a few years back, but it was worth it; the quality of the work was about a million times better than the cheaper guy's. They also did the job in one day, which was impressive.

First, I'd like to say that Jacob (the owner) is extremely responsive which is rare these days. When I asked for an estimate he came out the next day, which was a Sunday. I obtained three estimates for this job (all on Angie's List) and Pro Painters gave me the most reasonable price. Once the job started, I was happily surprised to find that Jacob was on site with his team every day. Amazing. If I needed to speak with him, I only needed to step outside. His crew was polite and professional. He identified that my home was covered with a solid stain and not paint and used the appropriate material. Whenever I contacted him after hours, via Angie's List messaging, he called me immediately. I cannot say enough about how hard these people work and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. As an aside, my next door neighbor had his home painted at the same time as I did. The neighbor's home is much smaller and it took their painters twice as long to paint and they paid more than I did. You won't go wrong if you call Pro Painters. I highly recommend them.

Four painters including the owner Jacob, arrived promptly at starting time 8:00 a.m. and they left at 1:30. They were so organized and methodical at attacking the entire project. For the amount of walls they painted, they worked very fast and did a very good job. Only one thing happened that made me rethink how I want it handled next time; at midday, Jacob left and the remaining crew of 3 weren't aware of several items that Jacob had verbally included in the project. So, this caused them each time anything was in question, they had to call him to verify that what I was saying, was accurate. If I use them again, I'll be sure next time to get an itemized quote on exactly what is agreed to. They didn't get any drips of paint on the floor or anywhere else. Such clean and precise painters! They moved some heavy pieces of furniture and also filled/sanded most nail holes. Overall, I was very pleased with this company and can easily recommend them! I will also hire them again!

Pro Painters did a great job. They offered the best price and promised to get the job done in our tight time frame. They showed up on time with plenty of guys to get the job done. The result looks great and they handled one small issue with part of the finish not turning out as expected quickly with only a small amount of added cost. I would definitely use them again.

It was fantastic! I called and spoke to Sean the Tuesday before we closed and he was willing to meet us that day. We scheduled a meeting for that following Friday at 8 am. At 7:50 I got a call saying that he was already there. Sean took a look around the house, asked some great questions, and was then able to give me a quote by the end of the tour. We needed the house to be completed by the very next Friday and Sean looked a little doubtful. He then called Jacob, his partner, and said he could be back on Wednesday and finished by Friday, no problem. We had to get back to him because we had other evaluations, but when we called Sean back Saturday morning he answered right away and accepted the job. We were even able to text him our paint colors. During the walk-through of our new home that Saturday my spouse and I decided we wanted a few extra things painted and they agreed and gave us a very reasonable price. A team of painters showed up at 8 am Wednesday morning and they got to work immediately. They finished Friday afternoon and the house looks exceptional. Both Sean and Jacob were on hand during the entire process to let us know what was going on and to answer our questions. We would absolutely use Pro Painters again and feel more than comfortable recommending them to other people.

During the last month, we have had the pleasure of having Jacob, the owner of Pro-Painters, his partner Max and three of his crew members working almost daily in our home to paint and remodel the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room of our 1928 home. Each one of them was very polite and very friendly to both me and the other home owner every day that they worked in our home. They arrived right on time each day and each one of them did their jobs extremely efficiently. Jacob and Max each offered excellent suggestions to us regarding how to improve on the ideas that we had for the renovation. Plus, Jacob informed us that the semi-gloss paint that we originally wanted for the walls in all four of the first floor rooms would be too shiny and that we would regret it if we were to use that paint. So he recommended an eggshell finish (that is also washable) and it looks great in each of the four rooms. Jacob and Max were both very accommodating when either of us asked them to do an additional job that was not part of the original renovation project. We were both very appreciative of the small extra charges to get those additional jobs done. Jacob and his crew painted the ceilings in the living room and the dining room and they also repaired the kitchen ceiling which had water damage. The repairs consisted of: taping, sanding and repainting the kitchen ceiling with one coat of oil primer and two coats of Benjamin Moore paint and it now looks just like new again! They also tore down the dated, sagging, tiled ceiling in the family room and replaced it with sheet rock, taped and sanded it and then applied a water resistant sealant to the entire portion of the ceiling that is directly below the gutter area in order to prevent any further damage from ice dams in the future. After they applied one coat of oil primer and two coats of paint, the ceiling in the family room now looks fantastic! Max also had a great idea to save time on the dated and water stained ceiling tiles in the alcove which is in between the kitchen and the family room. The tiled alcove ceiling is extremely small and rather than tear it down (like he did in the family room) Max applied four coats of skim coat to cover the stained, dated ceiling tiles and then one coat of oil primer to prevent future leaks and two coats of paint to cover any remaining stains. After he was all done it now looks exactly like the brand new sheet rock ceiling in the family room! Jacob, Max and his crew also removed the old paneling in both the living room and the dining room and replaced it with sheet rock to save time because there were six layers of wall paper underneath which dated back to 1928! If they had to completely remove the six layers of old wallpaper and paste (before beginning the priming and painting) it would have added at least three extra days to the renovation project. Before putting up the sheet rock, Jacob and Max also suggested making our home more energy efficient by adding insulation to the outside facing walls of the living room and the dining room. For a very small additional cost we will now be able to save some money on the heating bills this winter. Jacob, Max and his crew then taped, sanded and painted the sheet rock in both rooms with one coat oil primer and two coats of paint. By removing the dark paneling in both rooms and replacing it with two different shades of yellow paint, the original 1928 oak wood work now stands right out in each room, where previously the original oak woodwork was hidden by the overpowering dark paneling that had been added many years ago by the previous owners of our home. Jacob and his crew also pulled up the old wall to wall carpeting in both the living room and dining room, removed the old layers of padding underneath that were stuck to the floors and removed all of the carpet tacking from the perimeter of each room. The next day Jacob's hardwood floor re-finisher came over and he sanded both floors, stained them to exactly match the oak woodwork and then applied two coats of polyurethane finish to each floor. The floors now shine beautifully and look as good as if they had just been installed brand new! They also oil primed the dark paneled kitchen cabinets and painted them with two coats of semi gloss, white paint, replaced the dated, dark brass, cabinet door handles with new black and chrome door handles (that exactly match the black and chrome refrigerator and stove) and they also painted the dark paneled kitchen walls with a medium shade of blue-gray. Max also did a few minor repairs such as repairing the broken kitchen cabinet drawer and also repairing another kitchen cabinet door that was stuck and would not open. So now it no longer looks like an old, dated, country kitchen anymore and instead we have a very bright, updated, modern kitchen for a small fraction of what it would have cost to install new kitchen cabinets and then skim coat the dark paneled walls! Right off of the kitchen there was a crumbling, leaking, cement knee wall going down along the side of the basement staircase. Jacob and Max suggested the we seal it with a waterproof paint and compound mixture that was all in one can. After Jacob gave it two coats of the paint and compound mixture, it now looks like a brand new knee wall! So if you are looking for quality workmanship and a job done to perfection at a very reasonable price, be sure to call Pro-Painters for your next remodeling project and you will be very glad that you did!

Pro-Painters was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We were on a short timeline and they were able to squeeze us in and work around our schedule. The owner came out promptly and gave me an estimate for labor + materials and didn't deviate from the price. The work was done professionally and quickly, with the focus on the job being done right. The owner takes personal interest in the job and oversaw (and participated in) all of the work that was done. He is extremely invested in good customer service and it showed.

They're just good painters and they stand behind their work. It's fine. The work was perfect and when we had problems, they came back and they fixed it. I recommend them to everybody. They're excellent.

Requested a quote from Pro Painters and Jacob promptly returned my call and arrived the same day. Primarily we needed work done to repair drywall damage due to a ruptured water pipe, but decided we would ask Jacob to estimate additional work as well. The living room required that the popcorn ceiling was stripped, skim coated and repainted in addition to drywall repairs. The hallway and stairwell also required popcorn strip and repaint as well as the family room. Jacob's team arrived at the specified time and worked each day as scheduled. The guys did a great job and were very meticulous in their workmanship. We did have a minor problem with cleanup one day, but Jacob quickly took care of. We were very happy with the way the job turned out and would definitely use Pro Painters in the future.

Jacob and his crew were very professional and do not waste any time. Their pricing was VERY fair, and he accommodated some last minute changes without issue. They especially did an excellent job painting over the stained trim in one room, which is carpeted and had a number of windows. They did a flawless job painting and an even better job on the prep! I have not been so impressed by any contractor or home improvement company since I have lived in CT for 6 years. Jacob and his team are prompt, responsive and very professional. He and his team did a great job and were here every day on time. We were only planning on repairing some trim, but given the great price he quoted us to repaint our house and his pledge that he would have it done in 4 days, we decided to go ahead with a much bigger project; boy are we glad we did. Our house looks like a brand new home, and they stuck to their very reasonable quote and time estimate. I cannot recommend this company enough and am so happy we decided to use them.
