 + -1 moreChris was very quick to respond to my request for service, even coming out to my place of business on the same day! He was very understanding, helpful, and professional. He resolved the issue within an hour, and then spent another hour doing a cleanup of all sorts of things that were slowing down the computer. He improved the bootup time tremendously. I would highly recommend him to everyone- he has knowledge in networking, servers, PCs, and just about every bit of tech there is.
Description of Work: My computer was making a funny noise and was unable to boot. Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue, resolve it, and he even did some (very effective) software cleanup to make the machine run much faster.
