True professional! Came within a few hours during storm which caused wires to come off the house. Greg installed new service lines quickly and neatly. High recommend him for any electrical needs.

We are extremely satisfied with work Greg did for us. Punctual, clean, professional and friendly. First time he did work for us, he repaired a problem on main panel and wired bathroom fan/heater. second time he wired and installed new ceiling fan. Both times he was right on time, whole work was done very efficiently, clean and for reasonable price. We will recommend Greg to everyone for every type of job.... big or small. He is the best !

He was amazing throughout the process. It was in the middle of a crisis after a tropical storm and we needed a generator hookup to our house. Not only did he go out and look for the parts needed (most were sold out in the area) but he came back out the next morning at 0830 to install it. Finally have full power to our home again. He then showed my wife how to turn the generator on (I was at work during all of this). I would recommend Ideal 1000x over again. I m so glad I called him.

Very punctual--arrived within ten minutes of scheduled times for estimate and repair work. Very courteous and efficient. Extremely expensive-- $375 labor charge for 45 minutes work seems very excessive. Would hire Greg for other jobs, but I cannot afford his prices.

Greg upgraded our main service to 200 amps, installed a new breaker panel, and installed several new fixtures and switches. He came to our house up front to give an estimate, and discussed various options. He and his partner were punctual, quick and efficient, also friendly and personable. They cleaned up afterwards, and arranged for the town inspection (included in the cost estimate). A quality job!

Greg made himself available quickly to evaluate the job, get us a quote, and do what could be done immediately as well as rough-in work for the rest. He was able to complete the finish work less than a week after we were ready for it. The work was done carefully and neatly, and at a reasonable cost. Finding an electrician that would return a phone call let alone quote a reasonable price and work on Sunday was really outstanding.
